Had Terrible customer service with only one young girl serving at the counter. Tried to do spilt payment option with cards (which they don't allow) the blonde manager was quite rude and accused me of raising my voice and called me quote on quote honey when i asked her could i speak to your boss because I don't like how you accusing me, and called me a pet name and seem quite negative and doesn't enjoy working here especially when they give terrible customer service and during Christmas time to.

Amazing customer service!! Jayden/Jaden was quick to greet and assist me when I was browsing through the clothes with my friend. He had offered to help look for the pants we were looking for and recommended some similar styles. It was my first time shopping in a looong time as I usually go to the op shops to get something comfortable and convenient. I had decided to change up my style to gain a bit more confidence in myself and to keep up with the trends. Jayden helped me out so much by recommending items of clothing that would suit me and some things that would be a good transition into the trendy styles. Jayden and another female staff gave their feedbacks on my outfit and so much confidence which I really really appreciated. My friend and I went to at least 10 other stores that day and none of them gave us the service or any service like Jayden did. Thank you so, so much again.

Need to train your counter staff better, 5-10 minute wait per person. Don't know why you'd have only one person on the till when they're clearly struggling. Help your staff???

Always a great time in this store, can't not go in when I walk past. As someone trying to up their style game I think it's a great place to start. Don't really think there is a problem with staffing because I was approached as soon as I walked in and was greeted warmly by a girl named Kylie who really knew her stuff, showed me were the sales were and even served me at the till once I finished browsing.Also love the whole vibe the store gives off (especially the music) and when I was trying clothes on all I could here was Kylie and the other staff asking if anyone needed a size change or help with anything they were struggling with. All team members presented well and actually were really considerate towards the customers.Definitely will be returning here to see what else I don't need but will buy anyway because why the heck not...

I will never be returning to this store and neither will my friend who was with me.I would like to preface this by saying we are both in our mid twenties, and most definetly understand the fast shopping experience and casual customer service that comes with shops such as universal.The music was so loud it gave me heart palpitations and my friend and I had to yell at each other just to be able to hear. This is supposed to be a store, NOT a rave, and if I can't comfortably talk to someone standing right next to me, then something is absolutely wrong here.The girl monitoring the change rooms banged on both our doors at least 3 times each, like the bloody police, to ask how we were going. I said I was having trouble trying to get into the dress with the amount of strings involved just to get into it. Wasn't offered any help at all she just moved on to someone else's door to continue knocking. Same with my friend while she was trying something on and didn't have the right size, she was made to feel so anxious about the constant knocking that she didn't even want to ask for a bigger size, she just wanted to leave. I ended up giving up trying to get this dress on and just handed it back to the girl and walked out.We were both severely disappointed as we both definetley would have bought these outfits for an engagement party, but ended up being made to feel so anxious and uncomfortable that we both hurried to leave. Totally spoiled the whole fun of going out shopping and trying on a new fit.

Went to return Distorted Dimension Parachute Pant Grey as cords broke so easily. Karrinyup manager wouldn't give refund or store credit as he said it can't be resold. Why would you resell faulty product? Total waste of money

I was in around just after 12pm on Friday 05/03 and I was the only customer in store, No ecknowledgement from the one staff member the whole time i was walking around the store clearly looking for something and needing help . I had then asked her if there was anymore sizes where I was then shut down in a blunt rude way her just replying with no thats it" I felt like I was bothering her even just being in the store. I then went to buy my items and as I went to the counter she didn't even say anything to me she just starts putting through my item... I felt so uncomfortable because of how rude your staff was especially with me being the only person in store and needing help. I now feel so uncomfortable to even go back
