The worst customer support I have ever experienced. I have been waiting since early July for my order. We had a time frame in which we had to complete the job which I mentioned and was assured product was in stock. We were obliged to buy locally and tried to cancel the order as they were unable to deliver. We were told that we would have a 30 per cent fine for cancelling. We then decided to keep the order for another job. That was 31st August. Since then I have had no response from anyone at Hunterstone. I wait for up to an hour on hold with nobody taking my call. I have left messages on Justin's answering machine re delivery with no reply. I have tried live chat which nobody was there to live chat with me and didn't reply. I have sent a number of emails with no reply.It is an incredible story and I don't know how to resolve this so I will be contacting Fair Trading next week.BE VERY WARY OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS MOB.

Made an appointment to see pavers and the service was great. Suggested some good options, provided samples to take home. When we finally made our decision, we picked pavers that were on stock and the delivery was immediate. Gave us a discount on price and provided 10% more pavers at no additional cost to cover for chipped pavers, etc. Omid was very friendly with his advice and service. Delivery guy (Steve?) was super helpful and accommodating. Keep up the good work!!!

Super stoked with our service and the product. I personally Preferred to go onsite to see what I was buying so Didn’t much over the phone or online, so can’t comment on that.But professionalism and advice were second to none. Wait times were clearly conveyed to me on all the products I was looking at and price was better than fair. Once I confirmed and paid products were delivered to me within 24 hours in perfect condition.Highly recommend these guys.

Good product and good price but the customer service is shocking, I was originally told a couple of weeks" for delivery prior to placing my order

If you live in the Hunter region especially Newcastle this is the pace to go for pavers and natural stone. I have purchased travertine from this supplier and found the product and price range very reasonable. In addition the service is excellent. It is a small business business so so you get the info you want direct from the owner I am one happy customer considering the quality, price and most of all service I received from Hunter Stone.

I was reluctant after reading reviews but actually had a good experience. Dealing was scheduled for 2-3 weeks and my delivery date was 2 weeks and 6 days which was unfortunately after i needed them. Because of this i went to collect them from Sydney warehouse which is more like a yard full of shipping containers so don't expect any kind of shop. The lovely man John was very helpful here after i found him but im glad i went to collect as when i packed my ordered pavers into the car i there was approx 15-20% broken so i could exclude these and get the hood ones. ( would have been short if they had have been delivered) the price of the pavers was the cheapest i found and the quality quite good. I hot the ultra premium travetine pavers for our pool and it looks great. Last shout out to Iman the general manager who called me personally to make sure everything was in order and assured me i could get my order on time. He was a legend. You get what you pay for. Not perfect but hreat for the price. Recommend picking them up if you can or expect breakage that might be more than usual (in my case)

We needed to buy some travertine pavers, so we went to see Hunterstone at Heatherbrae, we received the best advice, we purchased 1 pallet which was priced so good nobody else could come near Amed’s price. They were delivered so quickly to our home. Months later we needed more and because our experience was excellent last time we again went to Hunterstone and purchased 1 more pallet.We couldn’t be more happy with the advice,the price and the quality and the prompt delivery. We have recommended Hunterstone to our friends.

Very good. I received help/information from your on site employee, Justin regarding what type of travertine pavers I should use etc. Also, I really appreciated Justin's efforts regarding colour matching the travertine pavers I purchased in order to minimise any colour mismatches.

BEWARE! Before purchasing any products online from this company take a quick read of my review and very poor experience of this company. I ordered multiple EzyWall retaining blocks and Caps in July 2016 after first confirming the product was in stock. It was and I paid in full up front ($1724.50). First delivery was of wrong product which was returned to them in August 2016. Since then it has been a constant battle to find out what the current status of the shipment is with the delay continuously being stated due to production issues. The retaining wall and caps had still not been delivered at the end of December 2016 (some 6 months later). I requested a refund on the 21/12/16 and submitted the appropriate paperwork as requested. I was advised that it would take 10 days for the money to be refunded into my account. Refund still not received on the 23/1/17 (4 weeks later). Only communication with this company is from what I have instigated and I'm always promised a resolution, yet 7 months later I don't have my product and I don't have my $1724.50. What a disgrace this company is to their customers. Today (23/1/17) I lodged a complaint with my bank and Consumer Affairs. If I could have rated a zero for my experience then I would have. This has been a very disappointing experience and one that has left me without my money for over 7 months. DISGRACEFUL HUNTERSTONE!
