Ultra Tune Brandon Park

Bill and Pio have come to our rescue a number of times when our car had broken down at home. We were reluctant to drive the car to their workshop and Bill was kind enough to send his team to pick the car up.The team are prompt in diagnosing the problem, advising on how long it would take to fix and how much this will cost. They take time to explain things and the quality of their work has been good. We have always felt safe and confident that the problem has been fixed upon picking the car up from their workshop. Thank you Bill and Pio for your good work, we really appreciate all your help.

Had a screw in my Tyre , they quoted me a new one at 500....Im not sure if he knew I had tubeless tyres or if he knew the purpose of them but knowledge is power,So I went down the road, 2 hours later and only $30 my Tyre was fixed...Not giving a bad review.

A booking was made within 3 days. David was kind and understood the problem. Repair was done faster than expected. It cost much cheaper than going to the original car dealer.

My car has been playing up recently and David has been very understanding and helpful in getting it fixed. He’s always very nice and communicative which is excellent. He is very honest and has great prices - always much cheaper than I’ve been quoted elsewhere. As a young woman with no clue about cars it’s easy to be taken advantage of with mechanics but David has never been like this. My car went into limp mode one morning but managed to get to the closest service mechanic which was Brandon Park Ultra Tune. I needed all spark plugs & 2 ignition coils replaced. My car used to bunny hop sometimes (which is odd for an automatic transmission, I know), it was even recalled a few years ago for something, but I thought this was just how all VW golf's were. Since the spark plugs & coils were replaced it runs like a dream! No more bunny hops. Wendy was so kind, patient, & understanding of my situation. She explained things very logically & didn't make me feel like a total moron either. Wendy & the team turned what could have been an epically bad day into a minor inconvenience. Thank you so much!

I stopped off at UltraTune Glen Waverley tonight after work with a flat tyre. I received the most AMAZING assistance from Mitch who put the spare tyre on and pumped up the other tyres (and even checked my brake pads). I would highly recommend this place - and especially MitchJo

Had a very small time window to get a tyre leak fixed. They took the car straight away and fixed the tyre in about 25 minutes, and even topped up my wiper fluid, all with no fuss and very courteous service.

The guys at Brandon Park are friendly and are the best at what they do. They are honest and upfront about what’s the situation with your vehicle. They don’t take you for a ride like some dealerships that I have experience with. I was a bit nervous about giving my car outside of dealership services. My experience with the team at Brandon Park Ultratune was pleasant and easy. They are very professional and passionate about their work.
