My daughter got her ears pierced for her 7th birthday, it was her choice. Janine was her piercer and she was so intuitive, caring and professional. When my daughter cried after the first ear, Janine helped her focus on her breaths and wriggling her toes, and then asked her if she wanted still get the other ear pierced. I so appreciated that she referred that question to my daughter and not to me, giving her the opportunity to make a decision about her own body. Thank you Janine for such an excellent experience and for being so respectful and caring.

I booked in to get my seconds done at SkinKandy and I was pretty nervous when I went in on the day but having Janine as my piercer she made the experience so easy and less nerve racking.She reassured me before piercing me and told me to take deep breaths, “in and out”, as she went to pierce me. I can say that my piercing was really successful and not so painful thanks to Janine’s great service. I’ve received other piercings done by Janine as well and all of them resulted in no infections and no pain.Janine took great care with my piercings and she also walked me through all the necessary steps into taking care of my piercings and what products to use.Would highly recommend getting your piercing at SkinKandy. Had a great experience at Skin Kandy Narellan today. Janine was so patient and reassuring to my girls, even though it was so busy in store. The hygiene standards were impeccable. Janine and Emily did a great job piercing both ears at the same time for my twins who were nervous. They love their earrings, thanks for making it easy for them.

I booked in to get my nose pierced over the phone after a bit of a horrific experience at a different clinic. I consulted one of the people working there a few days prior to making a booking, I explained my situation and was immediately met with advice, recommendations and reassurance. Janine was the person who did my piercing, she thoroughly explained the risks associated, the aftercare process, as well as what she thought would work best for me given my previous experience. She was polite and very gentle, it didn’t hurt even half as badly and I felt very safe in her hands. Thankyou Janine, I love it! :)

Today I walked in and only planned to down size my Medusa piercing - at the end of the session I left with both my Helix pierced and I love new additions. Mary was my piercer despite being an apprentice, made me feel comfortable and was dedicated to making sure everything was perfect. Alongside her amazing teacher Janine guided her step by step with such patience and understanding. I love my moon and star duo. I must say I was not expecting this experience - hands down was one of my best encounters ever and would do it again. You did phenomenal Mary. Thank you both and see you soon. ☺️

I called head office in regards to my appointment today that I had with my friend and I booked for and that I had to cancel because of an emergency and the lady was so rude over the phone and gave me attitude because I called after the appointment time, like 10mins later. Gave me attitude because I accidentally booked for a different service then what I was after… I booked for multiple services so I missed one. I miss heard a question she asked and passive aggressively told me that she asked me the question insinuating I didn’t give her the correct answer on purpose, she asked if I wanted for 1 or 2 and I thought she meant pericings and I said just 1 for me… but she actually meant if it was for 2 or 1 people for the next booking.She also was not happy I couldn’t give her another date to re book because I’m not with my friend and that I needed to confirm a date and time with her.She then proceeded to say that I needed to make sure I had the correct information before I call next time and to call before the booking and hung up on me.I’m really kicking myself that I can’t remember her name.I’m hoping it will show on your system who cancelled my booking in Narellan today.There was no need for attitude and I didn’t do anything wrong and at-least I called about the booking instead of just not showing up.

Had my 6 Month old daughter’s ears pierced here recently. The girls were so lovely and did the piercings very quickly and accurately and explained the aftercare very well. My daughter barely even cried getting the piercings done. Would highly recommend!

I was so happy and impressed by Skin Kandy at Narellan. Janine was my piercer and was very reassuring, knowledgable and professional. She was so thorough and precise during the process. Went in for an early morning peircing with Janine, she is lovely. Friendly and professional. She helped me choose jewellery based on past history and the best healing options for me.The store is extremely clean and Janine was very thorough explaining the process and aftercare. A+
