Shaleen was very helpful and patient with me as we waded through the discovery of some malware. After the clean up and a few technical issues on my end (with the phone), through which he guided me politely, we got my email back working. He also convinced me not to chuck my 12 year old iMac in the short term, which will save us. I am convinced that the support the V4 IT team will give me over the next two years will be well worth it.
