Wynstan - Blinds Doors Shutters Awnings

I would recommend that if you are considering Wynstan - DON’T.The most unprofessional business I have ever encountered.After a 8 week wait they supplied a sub standard product that was fitted then refitted 4 times and was ultimately (another 8 weeks later) fitted while damaged. It was since removed & returned pending a replacement alternative.Their resolution process was completely inept. No communication, rude and unsatisfactory. In the end I have not been supplied with anything and I am $2000 out of pocket.BE WARNED - DO NOT BUY FROM WYNSTAN.After your concerned message that a manager will be in touch I have received zero correspondence. No surprise. Zero integrity. You have my money but I don’t have what you promised. Next step for me is Consumer Affairs.

Dino was polite, competent and organised. He gave me courtesy called prior to his planned arrival, arrived on time and completed the installation to specification (whilst handling some supplier issues). Strongly recommend.

Walked into this store, no acknowledgement of my entry at all.Asked to see the sample aluminium Venetian’s , but oh guess what no samples available, apparently they only have one lot of samples. Which the sales rep, had taken. The sales consultant was of no help at all, never got of her backside to assist with anything.I would definitely not recommend this store, wasted my time and effort to attend. Your loss as I had a large order I was seeking to fill.Do yourself a favour don’t waste your time at this store.

I adore my new blinds! I wanted something interesting and Wynstan delivered. Dino, who installed them, was great. Worked quietly and efficiently (while I was working from home) and made sure I was happy with the end result. Excellent!

Dino has done a fantastic install of the Crimsafe blinds on our school balcony. He was very efficient and accurate with his measurements and the fitting of the materials. He did an exceptional job of cleaning up afterwards. Very professional. Would happily recommend Wynstan as a provider and Dino as the fitter.M KentPrincipal

Very happy with door screens with expert installation. Our installer, Dino, ensured a high level of attention to detail, amending to our particular installation needs. On time appointments and a clean workspace after too. Would highly recommend.

We had Daniel install a retractable insect screen on our 2.7 m high door on Monday. The results were very pleasing and we can at last get some fresh air flowing through the house from that doorway. The screen is not obvious at all when extended or retracted and it's exactly what we were after. Wynstan's price was very good also.

Terrible customer service. Waiting for security door since mid Dec. They keep promising one week away. Now mid-Feb and no signs of goods even being manufactured in Sydney. Promised my order was in the system" but they have no idea is goods have even been made

Order 33008526 - the screen door that was installed three years ago has developed a major fault (within the warranty period) and is unusable. Wynstan has quoted me $450 for the repair and is refusing to acknowledge their obligations under the Trade Practices Act 1974. I paid around $1,000 and it would be reasonable to expect to get more than three years use out of it without having to pay half the cost again to get it working.I have tried to contact Wynstan and they are ignoring my emails and are impossible to reach on the phone.
