Optus Mittagong

I was trying to get my phone fixed because my Workplace App isn't Working but only if you go back on a Tab my shifts still seem to come up.

Unable to provide basic services that you would expect in store. Obstructive, sales focussed, and passive-agressive. Typical Optus really. If I could give it a zero star rating, I would.

Not enough staff. A long wait and they couldn't really help me

I popped into the shop this morning with a technical problem, to do with my mobile, not my sim. The young man we was manning the shop was very pleasant and helpful. He gave me advice on how to solve my problem. My mobile is sorted out now. Thank you, you were very helpful.Lyn Dal Bianco

Kim is awesome !Don’t know if she’s new but she really helped me out.Thank you Kim, feel bad for some of the people she works with.Long waits but was worth waiting around.

Lack customer service. Really unacceptable behaviour.

Young lady could not have been more helpful. Service with a smile. Added new sim card into phone and set it up as well . Excellent service.

Staff got no idea due to being new, and manager has no care factor in helping staff assist customers.

Bad.Just plain bad.The employees are clueless, rude and not helpful at all.Terrible experience.At this rate I'd hope optus closes down this store.Absolutely awful experience.

Walked into the Optus store yesterday after a very bad experience with Telstra Mittagong! The Assistant Manager obviously could read my body language before I walked in, and was very welcoming and sat me down and worked through my technical problem I had. I have had this issue for over a year when I transferred to Boost and No-one else took the time to do this or could help me. I was actually laughed at by the sales assistant at Telstra Mittagong when they could not help me with the issue. Kim at Optus was absolutely fantastic and is such a credit to the store. I am so glad I switched from Telstra back to Optus! Telstra need to learn some basic customer service skills. Thank you Kim, you were amazing, would highly recommend going in store if you need any help.
