Had a puncture in my front right tyre. Was greeted in the office and told that it could be fixed straight away. Job was done in about 15 minutes and I was back on the road. Shout out to Stephen who provided a friendly and professional service. Well done to all. Highly recommend their service.

Waited more than an hour to even get started on a puncture repair despite not being busy and having an appointment booked in the day before.How anyone can expect customer retention with pathetic service and a complete lack of interest in their clients time is beyond me.I've had more prompt service from cancers.

Got my wheel alignment done Here & these guys actually did not Do the proper alignment on my car and after i took the car back to them next day they still couldn’t fix it and said problem is in my tyres and thats why my car strongly steers out, which is absolutely rubbish as i still have life in my tyres, Really disappointed with their service !

Rude unprofessional experience, people here just ignore you wont help you at all . Been standing here, nobody even talks to you, then after waiting awhile found out that my tyre hasn’t been touched at all and not fixed.. I dropped it off the the day before.

Unprofessional staff.not dealing with people who got only one flat tyre. I went today on this shop. They checked the tyre and they said we can’t fix that tyre because the brand is cheap. In my opinion doesn’t matter tyre brand is cheap. It’s puncture. That truck no need to go the road again with puncture tyre. It’s not safe to everyone on the road. But this company send this truck away . It’s unbelievable. So that’s why every single day accidents happens on our road or freeway. I don’t recommend this company. They take care of you if you have a account with them.

We purchased 4 tyres earlier this month and the service was exceptional. The workshop views, calm setting and ability to watch the tyre fitters from our seat were highlights of the stay! The lunch truck was exceptional, not only because the meal we enjoyed had a variety of options and was flavorful but also because the prices were so reasonable for the southeast. The office staff were a lot more laid back and calm than other workshops in the southeast, but that may in part due to it being early december. I'd imagine there's a bit more traffic during high seasons, but either way, we'll definitely be back! Highly recommended!

Came in today to get the front end aligned on my Renault, and my car had camber bolts fitted and i wanted them replaced with the stock bolts which i had on hand, i was informed that they were unable to change out the bolts which had me a little baffled, but they preceded to setup my alignment and setting the camber,, they were unable to get the camber to an ideal setting, so they didn't charge me for the alignment. I have had 2 sets of tires and a battery replaced here, i would shop here again!

Very poor experience here, try go elsewhere.After ordering tubes I was told to wait to receive a call back when they were in stock. After 5 weeks of no calls back and myself calling them 3 times in those weeks to check, finally on my 4th call they said they were in stock.A 45 minute drive there, the bloke in the shop says they've been out the back in a box for ages".When fitting them he tore my tyre and then after ruining the tyre says they're too old to fit we can't do it.So after waiting 5 weeks for this shop
