The Asian male owner has no idea how to cut hair, has no business owning a hair salon if you enjoy being ripped off by someone who is not an experienced hairdresser and are happy to have to your ruined by this poor excuse for a hairdresser then I suggest you take your business elsewhere, he has no pride in his work and his attitude towards his clientele is an absolute disgrace, definitely won't be back!!

It would be great if they carry a smile on their face. I dont feel welcomed at all. Very rude response esp from the guy.If you go there, make sure you give them all the instructions upfront, because in between he does not talk at all and at the end if you ask anything, he will be unhappy. They dont want to fix the hair happily if you want even small changes.Oh yes, I noticed, probably it is my experience only, if you opt for their great winter deal, you will get a super quick hair cut, and you have to leave the chair immediately.The guy was pretty rude to kid, which is the worst part I guess. They are offering men and under 10 kids offer for $15ea, but he does not know how to treat kids. I am not sure if the lady is like this too.On the positive side, Salon is well maintained and beautiful. If you have straight hair, you should be fine. And if you want cheap hair cut, this place should be fine.I wish they carry a smile and treat and respect customers to get repeat customers.Otherwise, God bless them with this kind of attitude and arrogance.

Booked last minute and was nervous because of previous reviews. I was seen on time. Had a fantastic wash and elegant hairstyle for an event at a posh Melbourne club. I haven’t had better service and care anywhere else. Highly recommended.

Bad customer service and bad haircut

They used to be cool with walk-ins. It seems they only cut by appointments only. I'm guessing because some of their employees aren't great with communication. The hair cuts are ok. Lots of other salons and barbers in CS that can cut just as well if not better for the same price.
