Good range of products. Once you get past the apparent lack of willingness to offer customer service and actually ask them for some help, they are willing to give you a hand and will go through what you're looking at and make a recommendation one way or the other. I've spent a bit of money here and in other stores and although other stores will offer upfront service, Fishers tends to be more competitive on some pricing points; if price is all you care about, then that is a pro.Hopefully they and up their service game and it may reflect better on them because they are significantly closer than other dealers for me.

My First ever experience will be my last. I was walking around the store with my young daughter and nephew 8 and 12years. We were from out of town but me being a keen shooter hunter thought we'd visit a few stores in Adelaide region. I had $2K in my pocket and was ready to purchase a rifle I had spotted. Before I even got to speak to a staff member a ruckus blew up at the counter as a staff member started yelling at their customer who was asking questions about a warranty issue. I don't know whether this customer was right or wrong but it didn't matter as the customer stepped back from the counter as the man was very aggressive. I couldn't believe the foul language and I told my nephew to take my daughter to the car outside. I waved to another staff member to come over and I explained that I was appalled at the behaviour of the person yelling and wanted to speak to the store Manager. I was informed that the actual guy yelling WAS the store manager WT?@%#. I couldn't believe it..... I left the store telling them that I was so disappointed in my experience that we would never be back and I will be spending my $2K elsewhere.. Take my advice don't go to this store unless the management has changed.

Went in with my near new HMR .17 with a couple of issues. The boys spent half an hour or more sorting/cleaning it out and test firing.(Too much gun oil).This was done at NO COST TO ME! Went over and above to assist. Will go back for great service anytime.REMEMBER: Treat ALL your customers with total respect and they always come back.

I have been into Fisher Firearms only a handful of times and have found them to be very helpful, honest and reliable!I had purchased a huge Browning 500kg safe and they went out of their way to deliver and even installed it for me free of charge, I was most happy with this purchase!I would be happy to purchase more items from them in the near future!Much appreciated Fisher Firearms!

Don't use their delivery setviceThe shop is good but the delivery service they are using is really bad. They said will help to put the gun safe in the house when i purchased,. But the delivery person just left in the front gate and refused to help move in to the house

After reading other reviews, I was nervous about going into the store as a newbie. Greg was super helpful and spent a heap of time with me explaining a whole variety of things and answering all my questions. The other guys helped out also, with some specific things they had more knowledge on. Overall it was a pleasant experience, even though I haven’t purchased anything yet.

I am a new customer of Fisher Firearms and find their staff to be knowledgeable and usually helpful. However...........................................they are capable at times of being very impolite/rude to the point of making me feel uncomfortable enough to leave the store.A paying customer shouldn't be made to feel like they're wasting staff time or be spoken to with foul language.If you are going to visit Fisher Firearms, make sure you know what you want/need before you enter. Otherwise you could be treated disrespectfully.

Went into the store with my wife. She was looking to make a few purchases. Staff repeatedly ignored her despite being told by me, she was the one who was there to spend money. For some reason they kept talking to me instead. We went elsewhere and had much better experiences.
