Excellent service. Droped my ranger for a recall. They fix it and cleaned the car as well. Even customer service was excellent. This is the best ford dealer to go to.

Best Ford service centre I’ve been too and I have been to a few. David and the boys are always accommodating and they carry out great work. Pleasant customer service goes a long way. Keep up the great work.

Bought under trade a 2013 ford mondeo fuel pump and delivered to mechanic who installed the new one ,Unfortunately under 12mths nrma is called out fuel pump is the diagnosis has to be replaced have vehicle towed to mechanic who confirms fuel pump needs replacing is taken out couldn’t find receipt called city ford Yeap no worries with receipt glady sort out but unfortunately where to overpriced to Peter Warren but had to buy one .A couple of weeks passed receipt was located tried today to call but to be told car should of gone to them for diagnosis before replaced and my mechanic and nrmas breakdown report are wrong only ford is to diagnosis will not refund with or without receipt.My money but there is no warranty they have the right to refuse my refund.I’m in the trade worked for Paul Wakeling and Suttons and never refused the refund of a faulty item whether they had fitted or other mechanic .PoorSteve Curden was the last contact he asked if he could call me back I said yes while he goes and consult and replied i hey to calm down .

Went there 2 months ago for recall on the new vehicle which was at 28000km, after I picked my car up and I noticed my breaks were noise a little bit at the start the noise got greater after and i didn't think anything of it.now went back for 30000km service and they telling me that breaks are finished and I have to pay 1160$ on top of the service to fixed the breaks? ( changing break pads at 30000km is joke ) I don't know if they set it up to make money!!! Anyway the guys servicing didnt look professionals,Well go elsewhere guys don't take your car there

David is very friendly and professional, I always feel confident when I take my Mustang here for a service.I had an accident and had to get the 'Stang fixed by a different repairer because of insurance, but they didn't do an adequate wheel alignment, so I brought my car here to get it done by Ford professionals, and I was not disappointed.Rodney and team did a fantastic wheel alignment that feels like brand new, where two other shops failed. Very thorough and professional! If you want your car taken care of, this is where you wanna bring it!

Excellent Customer Service. Very organised and reliable. The Team went out of their way to fix an on-going problem with my Ford Fiesta which other mechanics couldn't find and Ford fixed the problem. So happy my car is finally running the way it should and I will now have my car serviced here.
