Pushys - Fyshwick

I recently visited pushy and was incredibly disappointed with the level of customer service I received. From the moment I walked in the door, the staff seemed uninterested in helping me.First, I had to wait over 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. When I finally got someone's attention, they seemed annoyed that I was there. I asked a few questions about different types of bikes, but the employee gave short, unhelpful answers (not even explain how to pump point work, as that bike was Presta type which is different with normal Schrader which I found out how to use it online) and seemed like they didn't want to be bothered.Finally, I decided to make a purchase of the Giant Talon plus a Topeak child seat , but the checkout process was just as bad. The employee seemed like they were doing me a favor by taking my money and didn't even bother to thank me for my business.Overall, my experience at pushy Bike Shop was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. But the quality of the bike and gear were good.

Fire place is lovely in Pushys. Nice to sit beside it on a soft bench seat and have coffee and cake and be out of the chilly outside winter air, while waiting for my car to be fixed.Nice young girl was pleasant and brought my coffee over to me.So few places left are serving coffee after 2pm. This is a gem of a place, its open until 5.30pm most days.

Joanna was outstanding! I bought a tent from Pushys and needed it in before my trip away. She made sure it got shipped to me super quickly and followed up to make sure the guys at dispatch had packed it and shipped it. Great customer service. Thanks again guys!

Was able to try some shoes (size 46) but was only available in neon yellow so was able to get black on the online shop. Also got some accessories and matched with shimano pedal.Spacious location and great spot to stop and have a coffee at the cafe next time.

Awesome experience, ordered a part for my YT bike that was out of stock with YT. Pushys not only had the part in stock, they also beat YT’s price EVEN w/ International Shipping. Richard went above and beyond with his support and customer service. He had my item packed within minutes of my order and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Wish they had a location in the US, I still wont hesitate to do business with this company again! Thanks Pushys & Richard!

Recently I was in the market for a dream bike, naturally I checked every bike store in Canberra,, I guess I not only wanted a bike but ongoing and good service too. let me save you the leg work, Ben Broadhurst from Pushy’s Fyshwick is the best bike builder and knowledgeable person your going to find, bottom line is, what Ben says he’s going to do he dose.Oh the coffee is rather good too.

Extremely disappointed, went in store last weekend to buy new tube for sons mountain bike only to find all tubes are behind counter, waited ages to be served. I showed the guy the tube I was after he then gave me a mitas tube and said this is the closest I have to what you’re after. So I brought the tube trusting he knew what he was selling. Placed tube on sons bike and within 3 days of riding to school the tube that was sold to me only 4 days earlier now has a puncture. Tried to return faulty tube to be told there is NO warranty and I had to purchase another tube to which the new sales man actually provided a tube which was way better quality and should have been sold to me originally.

Really good service from one of their younger staff members who helped us out with information about a bike for our young daughter.Huge selection of bikes already put together as well making it easy to pick something up on the day if desired.Heaps of car parking available behind the shop as well, makes for a great space to try out riding a bike as well!!!I dropped one star as the first staff member we spoke to admitted he didn’t understand kids bikes and we have to wait 10’minutes for the next staff member (who was excellent)!!!

Not the fastest in processing orders, combined with the service of the most unreliable delivery company (Australia Post) I am forced to use services from others like LordGun, Garmin directly, and so on. If it's to hard to process an order for AUD1000 on the same day ordered and ship out that day then no need to further spend money with you.

Absolutely terrible.Bronze service is a joke. They don't do anything at all. I agreed to give them for service as I was only told $60 for service after negotiation. When I went there to collect, it was $260. I had not given any consent to change my bike chain or brakes. They only left a voice message. The funny thing is the issue still remain. Ripoff merchants. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. I had a good experience with Pushys before, so I went for my serviceI mean, they are not that bad when it comes to bike collection and other bits. The staff are also nice, but this was so not on. You just took advantage of me without my consent, and I'm so dumb that I only negotiated a bit.
