Wen's Myotherapy

A recommendation to use Wen is a gift. I know because that's how I came across her. If you're lucky enough to read my recommendation, don't waste it. Wen is a very high calibre myotherapist and masseuse, in fact she is the most effective I have been to and there have been plenty! Recently turning 50 I was getting ready to cut back on my training and activity because I was generally sore and tight all the time. It was causing me to feel old and poorly in general. Thanks to Wen, Im training like I did in my twenties and thirties again. I think the main difference with Wen is her ability to really zero in on problem areas. She is very precise and thorough with her treatment. I have also found Wen has been quite amazing at finding the cause of a problem somewhere else, usually with the muscle that works in opposition to the troubled one. Wen also takes the time and makes the effort to get it right, rather than following a set process and clock.

Wen is a wonderful myotherapist who has been able to help me throughout 2021 with my back pain. I have herniated discs in my back and have been going to myotherapy to reduce my pain, which Wen has done wonderfully. She is lovely to chat with and i would highly recommend her to anyone seeking help with their ailments!
