Rp20 one of the worst qualities i have seen, iv had it broken down many times since i purchased it. I get things break but the excuses as to why didnt make sense and the wait time WOW, my pool cleaner has waited up to 5 weeks to even get them to look at the box and the care factor from Marcus and his team is 0. We bought it cause its a local company but he puts this saltmate equipment behind others like zodiac etc. Whats the point of buy from them when the backlog is so high and the quality (read other reviews) has dropped so much. ore people should be taking the cases to fair trading for selling shonky things.When it works its a no bells box and does what i want so no issues, but its not worth the cost, cheap quality and massive wait times (we only have a small window to use the pool each year)

Full marks for customer service, efficiency and integrity. I took a broken saltmate chlorinator ( under warranty ) in for assessment, it was fixed and even upgraded while I waited 15 minutes. Outstanding experience. Impressive professional attitude and skill.

Bought an rp20 and had the main board replaced under warranty at 1 year old. The board failed again 1 month out of-warranty and they wouldn’t cover it. Poor customer service and don’t stand by their product.Unit replaced with a different brand

What can i say but, thankyou for your honesty and integrity Sean and guys ,,having my Saltmate unit sent to Saltmate they checked it over and changed some components ,on speaking too them the out come was all done and no charge ,even though it was a tade over warrenty ,no matter that ,the fact is that after 46 years in my business its nice to come across a business that treasures customer satisfaction without the payment , they ARE the Salt of the earth and i do believe in Karma ,for what you give you do get back in return ,Saltmate Australia , a business that other businesses should model themselves on ...thankyou

Would recommend the entire Saltmate team to anyone who owns a pool. Shaun went above and beyond to help me and i would recommend that anyone who hasn't got a pool, to go out and get one just so that you can discuss with Shaun. An amazing customer service experience that literally blows any other dealings i have had from a lifetime of dealings with other companies. Setting the benchmark in all the right ways - thank you again guys.

Had a issue with my timer. sent email Tuesday got call Wednesday with them to replace it they gave me two options to fix. Wonderful company to deal with when there is an issue, a lot of companies just leave you hanging and are no help when there is a problem!

Had an issue with my Chlorinator so emailed them on a Saturday . Got a call from the owner the next morning (Sunday) . After a quick chat over the phone I had the unit shipped monday and it was tested and sent back the following day . Thats service !!Great people and its made in Oz

Excellent on the spot service, a bit out of the way and not too cheap either. Good parking and clean crisp office.
