Hortas Restaurant
Have been there once and ordered their shared seafood plate for 2 which was very fresh and delicious. Very friendly staff and the dish was served in under 20 minutes. There were however 2 negative points I would like to share that I believe $150 was a bit harsh for the dish as mussels were the most of the dish content (about 40!) and we left 17 of them at the end (last photo).

My partner and I drove down from Gawler when she saw a good review on Tick Tock and it's safe to say, the only thing better than the service was the food!11/10 for everything and we're both excited for our family and friends to come visit as we'll be making the drive more often.To add a cherry on top, we loved the area so much we immediately started looking at properties in the area with a plan to move in the next 12 to 18 months.

We visited this wonderful spot twice during our stay in Port Noarlunga. It has absolutely wonderful food and drinks. The waiters and managers are so nice and friendly. The view from the deck is amazing. This is a must go spot in Noarlunga.

A good location with beautiful beach view. Service is good & staff is friendly. The steak with mushroom cooked perfectly. Love the affogato, nice one.

Amended after second visit- unfortunately the same meal was so different and not enjoyable. Super salty and everything covered in onion & garlic. Bring the old chef back!——Absolutely amazing. We both ordered the beef fillet, with sides of squid & arancini. Everything was delicious but the beef was beyond anything we’ve ever tasted before.

Extremely great hospitality by the waiter and waitress when we were there on 13 July 2022 for a lunch. We never felt so pampered by them even before we had placed our orders.We had ordered 2 sole, fish chips and lamb shank for our group of 5. The sole fish was well baked and the salt used for the baking was just nice. Noticed that the fries that came with the sole fish dish was slightly salter. I think it is used to complement the sole fish which was lighter in taste. The sole is fresh and the meat was firm when broken by the fork.I had also tried some of the fish and chips and my group members claim this is the best place for fish and chips!The lamb shank was also delicious and my other friend who was adverse to lamb meat was surprised that the lamb shank had no gamey taste or smell after we encourage him to try a bit.Overall, both the young lady waitress and waiter had done a terrific job in serving us and make us feel at home! Thank you!

Lovely food and a great atmosphere + view.Being from Sydney, watching the sunset into the water is always special. Oysters were top quality! Salt & pepper squid tasty & we’ll cooked. Had a special for mains, cold smoked yellow fin tuna, excellent!!

We had the seafood platter.It was good but not amazing. A little strange to have rice down the bottom of it. Would of been nice to have the whole blue swimmer crab. Calamari batter was a bit thick as well

Had a fantastic meal here last night to celebrate Mum’s birthday. The whole experience was fantastic - the view, delicious food - but must say that the highlight was the customer service. The service provided by Brendan and his team was purely exceptional - and worth 10 stars! The adjoining table said the same afterwards. We will definitely be back here for regular special occasion meals for sure!!
