Awesome gym all round!! It doesn't matter what fitness level you are at, every day there are high quality personal trainers that will help you progress further. Apart from the fact that the work outs are from a very high standard every day, it's also a very fun environment. Could not recommend this gym more!!

I've been a member of 12RND Brunswick for over two years now and it's hands down the best gym I've ever been to. The community is great, the trainers are brilliant and the workouts are always fun. You fall in love with this studio from the moment you walk through the door. Highly recommended!

I've been coming to 12 round for a few months now and I'm super happy there. With no experience in boxing I thought it wouldn't be for me, but the trainers have all been so good, and I really enjoy the boxing aspect now too. The workout is tough but really varied and the screens help a lot with technique. The atmosphere is also really good, definitely a friendly place to go and not exclusive or intimidating. The trainers are friendly and chill and have made it a great place to work out. It was the first gym I tried in the area and I 100% recommend.

I’ve never liked high intensity workouts but I also wanted to box and look cool so alas I signed up. Much to my surprise I’m obsessed with this gym and I swear you will be too xx

One of the best fitness centres I have ever been to. This is not your typical gym and two days in I realised this is exactly what I need in my life.Everyone here is very supportive and take care of you every session. It’s not overcrowded like other gyms and I have been told that they keep it that way to make it a better experience for its members.Very clean too, don’t smell like sweaty gyms, I’m sure it gets a proper clean every day if not every second day.Also a huge shout out to the trainer Mash, true professional and always helping out with workouts.Very motivational team here, highly recommended.

Love this gym! At first I felt intimidated to try training like this but all of the trainers are so welcoming and friendly, and it really suits all fitness levels. You can drop in whenever suits which is perfect, and work to your level. It's a really great workout and it flies by because the movement through all the stations really keeps things interesting.
