I have had issues with my fire since it was installed, as well as wanting to find out other information regarding my fireplace. I thought buying an Australian made fireplace would be the best decision as far as service and quality goes, I was wrong. I had no help from the distributor I bought the fire from, so after no help form him I went direct to the manufacturer, who were not much better. I had no response from Kemlan after 2 years. So now after nearly 4 years of owning the fireplace, the issues are still there, they have palmed the issue off to the new owner of the distributor store, and they have been pretty helpful, considering they have only inherited the problem, and even after this I sent the Kelman representative an email regarding the fireplace, and still have had no response from Kemlan themselves. Very Very disappointed.

Installed their Kemlan XL freestanding slow combustion heater two years ago in a new build, vaulted ceiling, 3 bedroom farm house in the Hunter Valley. Exceptional performance, quality build and value for money! A huge fire space that will tick along with a few small logs or stoke to a very effective heater. The three speed fan is hardly used as this fire easily heats the entire open plan living area and adjacent bedrooms. Great to still experience Aussie quality.

I’ve gone through filling out the form to be contacted giving all my details only to be then asked to create password and join. I just want a brochure and a price , I don’t want to sign up for an email list or allow Facebook to share info . Too hardEdit- company contacted and apologised offering to call.

Just installed a Kemlan Cube...a great fire for our cold house. Especially happy with the service and help from Deborah in the Brisbane office.
