DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! THEY ARE LIARS! I had purchased a 3 pack skin needling twice. First pack was over the winter. The last session was done by the time the 'expiry' date had come and gone. I assumed they didnt worry about expiry on a package. I mean you pay A LOT! They only give you exactly 3 months to use it but you also have to wait 4 weeks between treatments. So it very likely you don't make it in time by the pack expires to get them all done. They often are booked out at times you can make it too.I ended up purchasing another pack and after the first treatment I confirmed with my therapist if it will be ok to finish them off after summer because it's not recommended to have skin needling done over the hot summer as you can't get sun on your face when it is red raw after skin needling. I mentioned the suppposed expiry and also mentioned that last time the expiry had not been an issue.My therapist Tiarna said it would be fine, see you after summer. Now that I went to book my remaining sessions I have been told my pack has expired and I have lost $450 worth of treatment due to either their management changing the rules without letting their clients know or the therapist Tiarna lying to me! I am disgusted and very upset at the way I was treated by their 'complaints officer' Jules - she accused me of lying and was rude on the phone. I have never been treated like this by a business before and I will NEVER use them again. They are liars and crooks, stealing $450 from me.Don't bother with this business. They are NOT GOOD PEOPLE! DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

I had previously booked with them before and i really like the lady i got her name was Yas. I booked again for today for my face, and requested to book with Yas as she did a great job last time. I walk in and i get greeted horribly by the receptionist purely showing me attitude and being super dry at the same time. she tells me to come in and she starts doing my laser and i’m confused coz i specifically asked Yas to do my laser. this lady today that was doing my laser was rude. passive aggressive. showing no emotion or understanding or any sort of empathy to what I was telling her. she clearly doesn’t value her patients, doesn’t satisfy their needs to make sure their comfortable. long story short, she burnt my face with the setting really high and i left unsatisfied and angry. also she charged me extra compared to the last time i payed.

I want to share my experience with them … oh my god .. I had an appointment this Tuesday @1200 … i cake early and started waiting … after 1200 girls still with the client and talking I could listen from outside … then I was getting late I had a to go work .. I knock the door .. she came and Rudly replied I am with the client I said I have to go to work… they should attend on time … so they wasted 20 mins … after long time she called me inside the room… oh my god … she Didn’t even told me what she gonna do..no explanation, no reassurance as it was my first, she just started and started. Doing I told her in between to stop as I have but anxious and scared and she did within 2 mins .. asked me get up and please apply gel … she didn’t remove a single hair from my chin … I paid for nothing …. Very very bad customer service. Please don’t go there

I had an appoitment on december for microneedling .I came and she started at the begining machine stopped working and she rebooked for me. I came at the time and she said still not working. They even dont deserve 1 star, it seems no one care about customer service.I asked for refund she gave me a number its calling gameand they dont respond professionally.

Poor customer service by the girl name Tiana.. I went there for the Laser and she was in a rush because it was end of the day and done a very terrible job. She was lasering so fast that it physically felt uncomfortable and hurt due to the fast movement and pressure. Please do not give out bookings if you will do a terrible job due to closing time and get better staff!

I would like to share my experience at Results Laser & Cosmetic Clinic - Epping.I visited this place on Sunday and booked my last laser appointment for Monday at 3:55 PM. They confirmed that it will be my last appointment for the total package. On Monday, after the session, they asked for the payment. I explained to them clearly that it was the last sitting and I have paid this in advance. I was waiting there for the 2 min session of underarms for nearly 30 minutes, they have done all other paperwork but never mentioned anything for the payment until the session finished. I was trying to explain to her that please check your system that I have paid already but they keep asking for the name of the person I dealt with at the first stage.After that they wants to put my name under bad debts and claim that Head office will call you payment. I clearly told them that you can not charge twice . I paid the money again for today session but they never provided any payment receipt until I went back and asked for it. I did not ask for a receipt in the past when I paid but this time I had no faith left.I would like to request everyone to be careful and do not recommend this place to anyone.This was the last time I have visited this place.

I bought a package they set up my appointments , last session went late for few minutes ( her name was Yassi) she said she cant do it for me and gave me apppintments for two weeks after , when i went back to do my laser , ( Yassi) said to me your package expired and she didnt make me clear at first that my package will expire in two weeks, their communication is very poorly and they dont value their customers , it was very frustrated because she didnt gave me clear understanding at first place before reschaduling my appointment. I booked my appointment online for epping laser clinic for 1100 am. I reached clinic on time. However, there was two dumb girls on the duty. One of them said i have appointment at 1125 am so go for a walk and come back. I came back again in half an hour but girl did not take me in for 45 mins for my scheduled appointment. After one of another girl took me inside the room. When i was in the treatment room the other girl interrupted and said she is my client. I came out with her. Then she asked which service i want to have. I told her and she replied i don't have appointment. I left my kids with someone and i requested the girl to do My treatment . The dumb girl said no we don't have time. I again said look i booked my appointment online please do not do this. They they did not listen me at all.I even complaint to head office they even did not do anything. They just offered me new appointment. But it not the solution. Really not happy with the service.
