Newstead Mazda Service

Terrific service experience at Newstead Mazda. They did a walk through video, explained what they found and provided options. My vehicle has folding mirrors which were getting sluggish and nit folding properly which they replaced quickly only needing to extend the service by a couple of hours.I appreciated the report and run-down, confident the job was done to a high standard.Spotless workshop, courteous staff, able to pay before pick-up and the Uber transport to/from home made the process easy.

We recently serviced our car and was impressed with the outcome. From the meet and greet, organising a uber ride into my work and back through to final payment online. Everyone was very professional from Workshop Manager Rob, Service Advisor Andrea and to the staff member who brought my keys. Service bays looked immaculatant. We will be back again for this Mazda treatment. Zoom Zoom.

I recently bought a new car through Newstead Mazda and the whole process was seamless. Mike was great to work with. He went out of his way to ensure that everything was completed quickly, was very responsive and provided a fantastic service overall. Despite the current market, he mitigated all potential delays. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone looking at buying a Mazda (if you call the dealership ask for Mike specifically. You won’t regret it)

I bought my car at Newstead Mazda in June last year. I was told that there would be capped price servicing as long as I came to the service centre at Newstead. This is also how it appeared online.I brought my car in for my second service today after booking it in online. The quote online was very similar to my first service so I assumed that all was good, however when I arrived this morning there was an extra charge for brake fluid “which is something we do here at Mazda for your second service”. I questioned why it was more expensive and was told there was no such thing as capped servicing at Mazda. On my invoice it says ‘customer instructions’ above the brake fluid. What on earth would I know about brake fluid? Also it says that brake fluid is 40k or every 2 years. My car has 23k and is only 18 months old.Jordan who I was dealing with, attempted to assist by swivelling around his computer screen to show me all of the fine print about the brake fluid. How is that helpful? He didn’t point out on the invoice the customer instructions note, I had to see that for myself when I got home.I understand this place needs to make money as a business, but when it already charges an exorbitant price for servicing, why are they swindling people? I didn’t even mention the attempted 2x tyre repair over a slight puncture that requires a plug. Also the Uber that drops you off but doesn’t pick you up…This business over promises and under delivers. I will not return.

We have been servicing our cars here since 2015. It was always a great experience. However the recent service is really disappointing. We believes there is an issue on the front break as it makes noise while driving. However, The technician did not find a fault on the front break while processing the service. The rotor was damaged within 2 weeks after the service, we have no choice but brought the car back for investigation again which is just two weeks after the scheduled service. We were told it is a wear and tear issue and we need to pay about 400 bucks for fixing the problem. As a returning customer for over 8 years, we are extremely disappointed with the recent experience with the service team and will not recommend this service center to anyone.

I’ve been with Mazda for 10 years, and there was a time where the service wasn’t that great but wow I’ve changed my mind completely!! The Mazda Newstead service team are amazing and the service is well above anything I’ve experienced before. Valet parking on arrival, a friendly team to help explain the service and organise pickup time, complimentary Uber AND video/information when they are servicing the vehicle if they have any recommendations for the car and then you can accept/decline from your phone, as well as pay before collection. I just absolutely love the Mazda Newstead team and I can’t recommend highly enough.

Got the best family car from one of the best Mazda dealers in Brisbane. The amazing experience at Newstead Mazda motivated me to upgrade twice. Mike has been friendly and professional.I wish Mazda would give discount as they use to. I guess all brands are going towards sticker price.
