TERRIBLE the crazy lady 1. Charged us an extra $80 for the stay which was 1 night. 2. Threw out my friends bathers and told her if she wants them to look in the bin. TERRIBLE STAFF many nicer places in deni which never have this issue

Kay was helpful and very professional when I phoned to book a room 6 hrs before arriving in Deni. Ken was on the desk on our arrival and provided us with a friendly welcome as well as recommended the RSL for dinner (5 min walk up the road). Stayed in Room 7, nice and large, comfortable bed, renovated bathroom with great shower, all in a quiet location. Only issue was the wifi didn't connect, but this wasnt an issue for us as we headed to bed, tired after a full day on the road. Definitely recommend this motel - will stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay. I found the room and bathroom gave me plenty of room. As a carer for my husband it was perfect. No steps, large shower, good lamps I could move around. Good size fridge. Great airflow. Great stay. Would stay again.

A lovely quiet location overlooking the local bowls club. The room was large and the facilities were great. Staff friendly and helpful.

Amazing. Rooms were great, new beds and fridges. Was clean and a really pleasant surprise. Close to town and RSL.

My room got cleaned but the cleaners placed the rubbish on top of my food in the room instead of the rubbish bin.I told the clerk in the office and he wasn't even apologetic about it. He simply said he will tell the cleaners.Photo attached.There is wifi but it doesn't even work properly. I can hear loud music coming from a neighbor next to the motel.The walls are very thin and I didn't have a good sleep.Terrible experience.Highly unrecommended.Do not stay here if you have a choice.

The rooms were good but the manager was extremely rude . A few weeks before our stay on the 10th December we called to check booking given the flood situation and she said that if she had been the manager when we had booked she would not have taken our booking as she said we were 5 adults in a family room and we would be way too noisy as we would disturb the police and SES who were supposedly staying on site, whom we never saw. This is also not very professional telling us who is staying at the hotel. She then continued to say that we needed to ensure that we remained quiet. We then called again a few days before our stay just to confirm booking again, and she continued to tell us that we were the booking with lots of people, and again said to make sure we weren't noisy. Then on arrival one of the first things she says to us is oh your the room with all the people and you're not going to be noisy are you. I find it very rude that she judged us before we even arrived and assumed we would be noisy and made us feel very uncomfortable, that is not how you treat guests. We will never be back to stay here, we have stayed in many hotels and never once been treated like this. Be careful if staying here especially if you stay with children as they will probably be told to remain quiet

Absolutely horrible owners at this hotel stayed here for 2 nights with my sister and 6 year old son and the manager of the business came out screaming at me and swearing infront of my son she then tried to acuse us of stuff that wasn't true and tried to charge an extra 130 dollars for no reason DO NOT RECOMEND FOR ANYONE WITH CHILDREN DANGEROUSE AND ABUSINVE OWNERS UNSAFE ENVIRONMENT WOTH OWNERS THAT DONT CARE AT ALL the owner of this hotel really needs a lesson in kindness I have also reported this business to local community council for abusing guests with children present we where up here dealing with my dad in hospital dieing of cancer and saying our goodbyes we did not need this aswell way to ruin someone trip your actions will come back to bite you when you hear from the police about abusing guests and local fair work about shutting you down goodluckRant over

Rude female manager. Nasty untrue remarks & comments made (one implying we didn't arrange for our kids to be there and that we could've been noisy for other guests, simply not the case. You wouldn't even know we had the kids they are that quiet. i booked those rooms 16th december and remember the conversation with her about my kids- king bed was available and that suited us fine, we arent fussy. generally not very friendly considering it was Christmas day.We arrived late but that couldn't be helped as we were travelling from the other side of Hay with 2 young kids.Outside lights left on all night which of course attracted bugs, crawled under the door.Just ruined the experience by pure lack of customer service or human interaction.
