My partner and I went looking for tiles for our kitchen splash back. We're both new to the renovation process. The gentleman at the store was incredibly helpful and provided us with useful advice. We're very happy with our purchase!

Not sure if today was a bad day for this store but I spent at least 20 - 30 minutes walking around looking at tiles and I was not once acknowledged. The gentleman never left his computer despite the fact I was the only one in the store. They have a great tile and bathroom selection but I went up the road to another tile shop and was looked after straight away. Based on this we won't be selecting our items from this store. If the man had just said hello to me and told me he would be assisting me soon, I would have been happy to wait.

Very disappointing advice and now don't stock the tiles supplied as we need spares after tile failures.We ordered tiles for outside our front door and after fittment we went back to our order and confirmed they were not rated gripwise for that area even though we asked for the selection of tiles suitable for outside in Canberra .Very Very disappointing so called professional advice.Now we have a massive slip hazard that we can't even get spare tiles for.

Great service, time and time again! As the refurbishment of the boutique hotel was done in stages, we visited Beaumonts on a few occasions. Each time we were served by Rebekah, first at the Fyshwick store and later at the Mitchell store. Each time the service was professional, full of ideas - and within our budget. We received so many compliments from guests, we chose the same tiles when we renovated our private residence!
