My kid have swimming lesson there every week. The facility is good. Have shower on site, swimming pool equipment with hot water system. But I have experienced 3 breakdowns during the last 18 months.

Plenty of parking place but pool heater hasn't been fixed for two months. Kids are always shivering when waiting for their turn of swimming coaching...

we went to the place for swimming assessment and i was absolutely shocked with Incredibly rude, shamelessly insulting admin staff. They said to the lady in front of me that she is asking too many questions and she reached her 'limit of 3 questions and it is time to move on' !!! No Hi, No please and no thank you and definitely not even a smile. ...

They do not respect privacy of students, lady ahead of me asked, who else in her child's class and guy at reception gave list of students of that batch pointing at my kid.Leaking showers. Unfriendly reception staff, who will decide if they accept your payment only in debit, even though there is option to pay by credit.Staff is very unfriendly.

The staff are friendly and the indoor swimming pool is well maintained. Usually my son gets sick if we take him to a public swimming pool. But he never got any issue with this one.
