Supplied a computer to run vital software for a business and did not work properly from day 1 with being able to stay connected to the internet. Purports to be an IT professional, could not fix a networking issue, unable to support his product as he had no car or funds to fix it. Notified 5 weeks ago that after a few months of use the PC was crashing, nothing was done. Now claims does not support Mandurah area, does not respond to calls or messages. In the end had to replace the PC and now does not want to do a refund
