We love our Highlander Off-Road Caravan! Everything about it just works - it's good looking, tows well and is extremely comfortable and functional. I can also highly recommend Wangaratta Caravans and Marine - the service we received from them was excellent.

We purchased our van from Wangaratta Caravans and Marine and are very impressed with professionalism and service. We have just had our first service after 5 months of use. I would recommend buying through this business. We had something we wanted changed (shower screen from mirror to frosted) They did this when van in for service.

We Ordered our new Essential C-Class 5.2 in Feb 22, picked it up early July 22, extremely impressed with delivery time, service and attention to detail, we had a rather long list of extras and nothing was overlooked, we would highly recommend Wangaratta Caravans without hesitation. We attended the Canberra Caravan and Camping show, in late Oct 2022 and were impressed by the Essential Caravan products and the Wangaratta Caravans & Marine sales team. The sales team were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of their products which gave us some confidence in them. We then met with Andrew, his professionalism showed, as did his confidence and high level of empathy between his business and his products.We ordered an Essential C-Class Semi Off Road 5.2 at the show and it was delivered as agreed in early March 2023, impressive.From the initial meeting with Andrew through to delivery we were kept in the loop, we were given progress updates during the build and provided with quick and friendly advice or answers as required regarding options or extras.Andrew and Ashlee went out of their way to ensure our satisfaction and a smooth delivery, while the entire team are very professional and a pleasure to work with.A special thankyou to Andrew for arranging our unique Splash Back for the Kitchen. our car's tow bar didn't connect to the caravan properly so they attached a new thing to it that i believe costed 80 bucks but we got it for free. they spent over 2 hours to install a new tow ball and didn't charge us at allso yeah pretty cool, service was very good and the woman was very good at explaining how to use the caravan. ashlee was very nice

What an awesome bunch of people. We are travelling from WA through Wangaratta and had a hiccup with our van and they squeezed us in and got us back on the road again. Highly recommend these lovely people… ps thank you Lisa and Paul.

We just picked up our new lumberjack hybrid van and the customer service was outstanding in all areas as first time van owners they were amazing with helping us get sorted with everything we need Gareth the sales rep was amazing and really took his time explaining everything as we had no idea would highly recommend anyone looking for a van to definitely give these guys a go you won’t be disappointed
