The quality of work exceeded all expectations. Wanted a lot of weeds removed so we can replant again and trim our trees. Harman did the job to an excellent degree. Would 100% use this service again easily. LOVE how efficient he was but also the original quote remained the same which is different to a lot of gardeners who give random quotes then change their mind.The communication was patchy. Was late, didn't get that notification until after the timeframe. Instead of acknowledging it, he was like yeah I told you I would be late". 1 hour is late and communicating that better helps enhance the customer experience.Still - an excellent job done :)"

The guys at Save Me Time did a great job. They were highly efficient and knowledgeable. A very professional group that deliver excellent service. Before and after of my front lawn. They demolished the backyard which was a wild jungle. Did it all in a day.

We've been using Save Me Time Gardening for over a year now for commercial and residential properties. Chris, Payam and Harman have been fantastic - excellent communication, always on time and do a very professional job. We are extremely happy and would highly recommend them.

When I contacted Save Me Time Gardening, I dealt with Chris. As requested by Chris, I sent through photos of my yard and a description of what I wanted done. Chris then advised me he could proceed with the job and provided me a quote which I accepted. Chris advised me he could come out the following week on the Tuesday which I agreed to. I asked Chris if he could provide me with an approximate time, and on the Friday before he texted and said once he finalised his schedule for the Tuesday he would let me know. Tuesday morning came and I had not heard from Chris so I texted to ask if he was still coming. Chris texted me back 1 and a half hours later and said he couldn’t attend, but could reschedule to the Thursday. I agreed to this and requested he text me Wednesday evening to confirm so I could make the necessary arrangements. Not only did Chris not reply to my text, he did not confirm and he did not arrive on Thursday. An extremely disappointing and very unprofessional experience. I could not recommend Save Me Time Gardening under any circumstances.

The team (Harman and Payam) were very professional. The garden and lawn are looking very tidy. They cleaned up after and left the area tidy. Great job Thank you

After being given an exorbitant quote of $390, I was told that it included tip charges for garden waste and reluctantly agreed to the job. I was then asked to provide cash.It was agreed that Priyam would arrive not long after 8 am. At 7:45 I received a text saying he was on his way. Very efficient I thought.9:15am Priyam appeared. An hour and a quarter later he'd finished everything quoted. He'd offered to assist me assembling a piece of furniture. Much appreciated but after finishing that it was now 10:45.90 mins work all up.There was no offer to do extra work like sweep paths covered with detritus plus many other jobs that had not been included initially, to make up a reasonable time for $390 cash.His explanation - sometimes I work fast and sometimes slow!I refused to pay $390 and we agreed on $300 cash. Still ridiculous for 90 mins given the most he would have paid for tipping soil and garden waste was $100. Most probably a lot less.Just discovered he didn't even bother to sweep the path where he collected the garden waste! Unbelievable!I certainly won't be using their services again.

Chris and Payam delivered a fantastic and beyond perfect service for a very reasonable price. This was an end of lease garden maintenance and tidy up job and couldn't have been done better. Do not hesitate to contact them for your gardening jobs.

Our garden was in need of some care with lots of bushes overcrowding each other and with lots of weeds throughout. They did a wonderful job and now the garden looks lovely and fresh. I feel they put of lot of hard work in with a great attention to detail and now garden looks better than ever. This was like getting a visit from Mary Poppins if she did gardening.
