Willing Property has a exceptional track record of property development in heritage areas. This firm is bucking the usual Build then dump and leave" mentality which is rife in Perth. Further the builds match the character of the area and stand in their own right as beautiful structures which compliment the historical surroundings rather than break the character of the area. Terrace House - Guildford is probably their best work.No. 7 Field Street looks promising as well and suits the character of Mt Lawley. The only exception so far is Clifton & Central
