i had my procedure done today at this radiology, i had very pleasant experience. The frontdesk girls were lovely. Doctor and two lovely ladies kate and Caitlin were such a wonderful one, you guys made my experince so nice and comfortable. I would rate 10/10 because of them. Thank you so much.

My experience was not good at all. There were 2 main issues for me:I had an MRI appointment at 3.45 on Fri.1) The MRI radiographer was in rush. She guided me to a change room, closed the door! asked me to complete my forms in the change room! The room was about 1.5 m*1 m. For someone who is going to MRI for the first time and has lot of stress,is it really necessary to put her in a small change room just before the procedure??? I don't think it is professionalShe did not explain anything to me so I had to ask questions myself. I just read the forms as quick as possible and signed them. Could not remember anything of the possible side effects of the injection...If you think last appointments on Fri are not suitable for MRI and your staff wants to leave ASAP, please do not arrange these appointments for people!2) I used headphones during the procedure so I could listen to radio. However, when the instructions played the radio was still playing with the same volume! The sound of instruction was very low compare to radio and I could not really hear the instructions!Please check your equipment regularly. Check the sound with the patient before starting the work.

We were running 10 minutes later for a 4:20 pm appointment, so we rang and informed the staff. Upon our arrival we found the front desk staff lady extremely rude, we told them that we rang you and she Is like no one told me. Starting from our arrival, filling the registration form to referrals form, she made us so much uncomfortable. I hope someone reminds of her training and be nice to people who respect you.

I recently had to have two separate biopsies done at the melb st branch and I've had a pleasant experience both times. I saw dr robinson the first time and dr wong the second time and both were fantastic. I also can commend the sonographers I saw both times - the receptionist I booked with made sure that I had the fabulous rachel for both procedures so that I had some continuity. I didn't catch the name of the second sonographer today, (she had short curly hair) but she was wonderful also. everyone I dealt with went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, after I shared with the receptionist that I was very anxious about the second procedure. they were accommodating to my needs and I felt very well taken care of. I'm so grateful that a stressful experience was handled with the utmost care.

Went to Bensons radiology in North Adelaide for a guided epidural.I did have one 2 weeks earlier and it was not a good experience.This one at Nth Adelaide clinic was amazing from Callum at the desk ringinging around and then no choice managing to squish me in when no others could and the Dr and assistant calming me and chatting the pain was so minimal I assume because he took his time and done an amazing job.I have nothing but praise for the North Adelaide team.Thanks again.

I've been in pain with my cheek for 3 years and none of the technologies can see anything. Really frustrating. There is clearly something wrong.

Not sure why the neg reviews. I had an excellent experience : efficient, straight forward. Staff were pleasant and easy going. Made the medical side of things less daunting. Thankyou Benson Radiology!

My partner and I could not speak highly enough about the service we received here. We arrived with short notice ans last minute booking and were treated with care and respect and made to feel like a priority to all the staff. After imaging Dr Shan Bau rushed us through an MRI and again the staff were apologetic about us waiting for less than an hour for this service. While waiting Dr Shan Bau made us tea and continued to check on us while waiting. At the end of a long day I left shaking my head and a tear in my eye because of the incredible support and care we received. I could not speak highly enough of Dr Shan Bau and the wonderful team around her. Thanks.
