I got my pedicure and manicure done at this place.Normally when I go there the ladies are great and do a very good job but not this time. My toes were not done properly, nail polish has dust on them and the lady that did my toes was very rude, the manicure looks horrible I think they could have done a better job. They were rushing me to get to other customers. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN. Absolutely horrible experience.

Great experience. I now have pretty fingers and toes ready for the weekend. Friendly and kind staff, clean and tidy environment. Although I wish I could tell some of the customers to not be so rude to the lovely ladies that work there.

I went to this place yesterday to get my nails done and I asked for coffin shaped nail. The lady was rushing my nails. Not happy at all about this place definitely not going back!

Usually ok with this place . But today I wanted acrylic removed already filed some of myself and was charged $25 which I thought a bit steep for a bit of acetone, will take of myself in future. Half leg wax and had to pluck some out of front of legs when I got home .

Friendly staff. I haven’t had my nail done in over a year dues to my job and this is the first time I’ve come to this salon. Every other place I’ve been to I’ve been in pain when I left but not here. I will definitely return

I got acrylic French tips here. When they were done they looked great, but started turning yellow after 2 weeks, so I went and got them redone. I told the ladies I wanted them taken off and replaced, but they were rude and did not listen to me, instead filling in the nails. After a few days, the underneath of my nail was turning brown. Got them off at a different place today, and the nail tech there told me that there was fungus growing under the acrylic from the cheap product and lazy job they did.

Just had my refills done by such a rude lady and then she proceeded to have an argument with her co worker, obviously I cannot understand Vietnamese but I certainly know when people are engaged in an argument. Will never return there. No wonder this salon is never full and the other one in the same Centre has a queue. Very very unprofessional and rude.
