A joke of a company, asked for payment before they even told me a price, couldn't tell me when it would be ready, first price was $88 but when I called back to place the order it was $120Took down my card details wrongly when I called back to tell them again the manager got on the phone, I thought he was going to apologize for the hassle but instead he advised me I was rude! Unbelievable

Recently had a job done by Sydney glass. The price was reasonable, they kept the appointment as scheduled and did a very good job. If I need something else in glass or mirrors, Sydney Glass is the place to go. I dealt with Tom and Eddie. It was a pleasure.

I bought two shaped glass tabletops at the end of last year and couldn't be happier with the product and service. Nick and everyone I spoke to in the office were extremely helpful and friendly as was the delivery driver. I am anything but a glass expert and everyone was patient and happy to answer all my questions. I respectfully suggest the few other poor reviewers might look to themselves for not asking questions like I did and just assuming.However, it would be helpful if Sydney Glass did make it clear up front that delivery is just to the kerb and customers have to make their own arrangements from there.As for pricing the other quotes I had (from companies that 'appeared' to be local so one might assume were competitive) were astronomical compared to Sydney Glass.I almost never write reviews good or bad as I don't have the time but Sydney Glass are worth it.

My rating is based on how responsive, knowledgeable and ethical Nick was in relation to an enquiry I made and I will not hesitate to use Sydney Glass or recommend them on this basis.

This service" expects us the layman customer to be able to carry 75kg glass panels by ourselves. Apparently they ONLY deliver to the door

I went to collect my glass and found out I had to make a jig to transport it. I said, why didn’t you tell me that when I ordered. They said they we too busy to explain that over the phone. I could have had it delivered to my address cheaper than picking it up myself

Placed a small order over the phone for a replacement glass panel and was looked after so well that it prompted me to write this review (highly unusual for me). The customer service over the phone and in person was unparalleled to anything I have experienced in a long time. Turn-around for a custom glass panel was less that two working days. The price was almost half of what I was quoted at another place, which had a much longer lead time anyway. I mean its a no-brainer. Second time I am using their services and will definitely continue to do so. All the best!
