If I could give 1 star I would. I decided to go through the drive thru as I had 3 sleeping kids in my car, had to wait over half hour in a line that barely moved. Then go to order and the boy says ‘what do you want’?’First of all, there’s no menu on the TV, and he rushes me through, assuming the size of all my meals, and the drinks. He asked me if I was happy to wait 45 minutes for chicken, to which I answered no and he said there is no alternative so advised him to take it out entirely because I was not waiting.Whilst waiting at the window for my order, never heard so much swearing in my life. Someone was walking around the kitchen throwing things and yelling at other workers.Was given the wrong order so had to drive around and go into the store. When I advised it wasn’t the correct order I received, the manager (I’m assuming) was so rude and blunt. She has the audacity to say I did get my right order but everything in the order was wrong. She snatches everything from my hands to go an correct it. And then the order was still wrong when I left.THIS ESTABLISHMENT NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN.

This franchise needs to be shut down by corporate. Absolute heinous food. Foremost, I ordered dinner rolls one night with the rest of my meal. To my surprise when I opened the box I was treated to burger buns. Now tonight I ordered a slab combo - or I thought. Was instead charged for the slab feast. Bit dog considering it’s more expensive but whatever. But when I got home I opened it up to find no slab. Instead burned chicken pieces and undercooked tenders with also no dipping sauce. Absolutely no regard for customer experience. I tried ringing up to recover my slab but no one answered. No one go here!!!!

Have been buying here for over 15 years and service/food quality has varied over that time - of course. Food quality went down sometime last year so we ended up going to Kingston and Carindale KFCs for a while. But this past year (2023) our experience there has been pretty good. It can get super busy, especially on Tuesday/Friday nights. You can see staff try their best and are polite. They make the occasional mistake but will correct if you point it out (I always try to check over my order items before leaving the store just in case). And if you end up at home with errors (e.g. wrong burger, missing chicken, etc), if you report it via the KFC Feedback they have always made it right by offering a full replacement. Food quality has been great this past year - chicken juicy and delicious, chips salted properly. Recommended store.

To the young girl who served me in the drive through window less than 10minutes ago - your customer service is phenomenal!No one is that up beat and positive / smiling anymore. Definitely made a difference and brightened my day!

They don't always get the order right, but as of about a year or so ago, there does seem to be new management that does seem to care to get things right. Despite some recent negative reviews, I can tell they're trying to do right, staff do seem more upbeat whenever I've ordered, and if you have a problem provide feedback and the manager there has always been willing to call and try make good (rather than insult you like the previous). Hard running a business, staff, etc, but hope you get things eventually perfected here.

It was okay... Unfortunately, we had trouble getting our order because the delivery person didn't know where to find our address! He called very anxious and confused so my daughter had to get in her car and meet the delivery man away from KFC Springwood, so he wouldn't get in trouble.Our food was cold. I've never had that experience before. I hope it was the first and last.

This would have to be one of the worst KFC I have ever been to. The staff were rude to the point of laughing about me (I have no hair due to undergoing Cancer treatment). Customer service what a joke, they were too busy gossiping and laughing to even acknowledge we were waiting to be served to start off with. The food was the worst I have ever tasted. The chicken would have been sitting there for hours, it was dry, burnt and absolutely awful, the chips had no flavour, potato and gravy has this awful taste to it and the bread roll was stale and dry. This would have been the biggest disappointment from KFC I have ever had.

Dining area was closed at 8 even though they are open until 10. Food came quick but had to remind them about drinks. Had to go back for spoon and napkin

How do you forget to put the chicken on a chicken burger?The coleslaw side that they seem to forget every time I can kind of understand but this is ridiculous.

Pathetic. Absolutely rubbish. Not much of a burger that's for sure.Tried to give them another chance, but even more appalling than the first. Missing 2 buns.. might I add I did see one co-worker through 2 pieces of something at another.. bunch of kids *spits*I hate that they are the only KFC around the area.. was forced to go again and this time I order regular chips.. looks like that 10 there
