Me and my partner was reluctant to move to Canberra due to the height rental market demand and prices. But Kevin and Jessie made it really easy for us. We thought that sharing the apartment with someone would be difficult but Kevin made it extremely easy and comfortable for us. He actually look into the needs of his clients and manage to solve the issues wisely and professionally. Extremely well service provided by the team.

I stayed in this lovely apt in the past three months, and I have to say it was literally cozy and drama free. Jessie is so helpful as an admin. Since I've found a new job in Brissie, so that was why I needed to leave Canberra. Highly recommend anyone in Canberra to check LiveComfy's property out if you wanna rent.

I stayed here only for one month as I had to move to new interstate due to new job. The apartment is super modern and cozy and we also had cleaners every week. I really highly recommend the accommodation provided by live comfy due to very high speed of response and maintenance of high quality house. I would really like to come back if I could! Many thanks to all staff.

I am a female ANU master's student from Shanghai, and most people say I have very high standards. The apartment provided by this company is excellent. Any issues during my stay were promptly addressed with a solution provided on the same day. The furnishings are of high quality, and all bills are included, which is quite rare for non-student dormitory houses. The apartment environment and roommates are pleasant, and I have had no issues with the quality of shared roommates. Moreover, the refund process was quick, and my deposit was returned within 2 days. I am eagerly looking forward to staying with them again in the future!

For the price of renting their shared rooms, you can actually rent an entire home. Interestingly, they happen to offer the most expensive shared rooms in all of Australia, which raises ethical concerns.

My wife and I have been renting from LiveComfy in Canberra for the last 8 months. Kevin was extremely responsive to any issues with the apartment and always very professional and polite in correspondence. Really recommend this agent to people who don’t want to take a whole apartment. Kevin who always take amazing care of their clientele. I am a time again customer and will return again due to the quality of service provided.Best apartment service ever, Kevin is very friendly and understanding.
