Staff are always friendly and helpful, and never have trouble finding someone. Products are reasonably priced and most of the time in stock. Easily accessible from outside or the under the car park. Never too busy, so great for anyone with Neurodivergent needs.

Went to get my nephews birthday gifts plus a kola ballon to give him,As I walking into the party section there was two employees inflating ballons.I found the ballon for my three year old nephew for his presents went to the counter and was told no and they won't inflate the one ballon and turned their backs on me.No customer service skills or any help, I'm very disappointed in big w as I used to work for the company for 5 years and never turned a customer away.

Really gross store. There was something spilled on the ground and had a sign but no one bothered to clean it up. Also have you guys never heard of aircon? The place is a freaking sweat factory.

Great place that sells just about everything. This is the go-to shop if you cant find an item in the rest of the Mall shop. Prices are very competitive and affordable. Variety and good quality products are availsble. The childrens range if toys and clothing from babies to all ages is extensive and covers a great range. All clothing ranges from children to adults have a generous availability in size range. A very refreshing shopping experience.You are also welcomed at the entrance by a lovely doorman or lady who is very pleasant and politely helpful.Love this shop.

This store does well on the scale of Big W stores. It has high ceilings, so even though the shelves are high it doesnt feel cramped. The store is quite clean, and it has a good array of product choices (for a Big W) it still sits in roughly the same bracket as Kmart.

Ideally placed in Pakenham Central Market Place with ample parking underground and in the surrounding parking areas. Great range of merchandise similar to Kmart. Underground parking have various entries with stairs, escalators and a lift near by. Public toilet facilities available also near this store. Friendly customer service and ideally set up to find what you are looking for.

The day we were in this store, I think their air conditioning was broken. It was so cold in store that I quickly raced in to find a pair of school pants for my son. They didn't have any in stock, so I left straight away, too cold for me. Normally, I like to take my time to look around and see things I need. Maybe I should have brought a jacket, lol.
