Helpful and friendly staff.Assisted us alot with our interstate move starting again from scratch with our furniture.It can be a little more time consuming given each area is a separately run business but with the help of the team we got there!Were understanding and accommodating with deliveries.They can assist with some items in regards to assembly for an added fee.Only negative is that we were asked if we would like to get a protective cover on our couch, the way it was worded I thought it would be pre done but instead we were just sent the kit to do it ourselves.

Awesome mega store with excellent staff providing 1st class service. This place has everything and anything that you could possibly need for your home. We just purchased a new steam oven after experiencing a wonderful in-store cooking lesson/3 course lunch with their chef Kathy. Very impressed with everything about this store.

Bought and oven and cooktop a month ago. Was told 2-3 weeks wait and they would ring us when it arrived (we paid in full). 4 weeks later I ring for an update and the lady says it has arrived (yet I wasn’t called). The other strange thing was I never received the email and invoice until I followed up with them today. Won’t pay in full again and only did so as the Store is Bundall and pick up was Ashmore. Kitchen showroom staff were not interested in us at all as we wanted entry level. My question, do you have the chef in black? Answer not in the floor… then tumbleweeds roll past.

Wow, Don't buy their warranty. What warranty??? No after sale service, so bad when you buy two kids computers and extended warranty and nothing. We now have to go elsewhere to buy another computer whilst we wait for news if they'll replace the warranty computer. Great when kids have exams and essays due...thanks Domain...great management service Never again ... not what we were sold

It is early January and Harvey Norman have some great mattress and bed sales on. These are not well advertised and you need to check out in store. Craig was fantastic and very helpful. New beds all around for the household. Great deal. Very happy.

Customer service here is absolutely appalling. We were left to wait for 10 minutes before someone came over. Many of the team were just standing around talking to friends in the store.Very rude staff in particular the phone department. Luckily we were able to get our money back from one of their phone warranty deals (don't waste your money buying this). I would never buy anything from here again.
