The Villa was very nicely appointed. The beds were very comfortable. Very clean and check in and check out was very smooth. The reception desk was very helpful with anything we needed. Only reason for 4 stars was the WiFi. It was acceptable" while in the living room & kitchen but very poor in the front bedroom. Unfortunately our AUS carriers signal was also poor on KI so we did rely on the WiFi when we came home each night. Not a huge concern overall but just something to be aware of and that could likely be improved upon. This would not stop us from returning."

We had a great, affordable stay at this clean and conveniently located property. The owner, who is a kind and helpful gentleman, went out of his way to assist us with check-in, even while he was having dinner. We appreciated the personal touch he brought to our stay and would highly recommend this property to others.

Got to the villa in the evening office was closed, called the number displayed on the door, and one of the friendliness greeted person answered. Gave me all the details needed, very family oriented. Felt like I was at my own home. The villa has everything imaginable. Pots, pans, coffee, tea even milk in the fridge for breakfast, what else can we expect. I have been travelling Australia and have stayed at many places, but nothing compared to this place. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you very much Mr Bryan. Your hospitality was very highly appreciated.

The hosts Brian and Denise go above and beyond to provide a wonderful friendly service.The villas are fully accessible, affordable, comfortable, clean and suit my clients special needs.The location is close to restaurants, shops, medical services and the seafront.I highly recommend booking a villa if you are looking to tick all the boxes for accommodation. You will enjoy your stay on this beautiful Island at Villas on the Bay.

Rooms are great and very spacious. It has its own garage which is a massive plus. Also it’s waterfront so you have great views!!

Great accommodation! Clean, spacious and well appointed apartments in a lovely quiet location but still close to everything that Kangaroo Island offers. Brian and Denise are excellent hosts.
