Excellent little gym. Very nice trainers, friendly and skilled. Not a big impersonal place, more a ‘studio’ style. Lost over 5kg since training there!!

I am so pleased I found this training studio - my trainer is so focussed on me and interested in my personal goals. At 57 years of age I carry a variety of old injuries - so it is gratifying to have trained for almost four months without inflaming those injuries. This is such a welcoming place - unlike any 'gym' I've ever been to.

The dedication from the coaches is just amazing. They really care about there customers and always go that extra mile for you helping you with so much more then just your sessions. Giving advice on dieting and when and how to use protein shakes. Just amazing stuff. I’ve been there for only 5 weeks and I love it. Amazing vibes. Amazing warm, comfortable place to be.
