Best customer service I've experienced anywhere! Ash was so helpful throughout the whole process. Even when I was attempting to fix the issue myself. He explained what I was looking for and how to do it. In the end I had to admit defeat and hand the car over. The issue was fixed that day. Thank you Ash and the mycar team!

The best mechanics ever! All of the staff were kind, patient and gracious - I can’t express my gratitude enough!!The team managed to squeeze me in at the very last minute and then kindly explained what had gone wrong with my car in a way that I was able to understand (I have no mechanical abilities eeek!) and also offered fantastic solutions.I could not recommend this team more highly- particular thanks to Dan and the blond gent with glasses (sorry I didn’t catch his name!) for both of your assistance.

5 star service from first phone call to pick up. I needed my brakes done ASAP but I had no idea what to ask for. I was asking for a logbook service on my Mazda 2 and they said they didn’t have availability but asked what my concerns were, which none of the 4 places I called beforehand did, including my regular mechanic at Albion. They were able to fit me in! The guys were so genuine and understanding of my situation (including a payment issue) and went so far out of their way to help me. What started out as booking in for a quick brake repair has turned into booking my upcoming logbook services with mycar Chermside, thanks to their quality of work and the outstanding customer service. Thank you so much to the team, I really appreciate your help!

got in a mini car accident today number plate fell off come to my car to see if they could put the plate back on. the man serving us was so friendly and fixed the number plate and screwed it back on with no judgment. highly recommend this place. amazing customer service and great at there job

Had a damaged radiator hose just before Christmas and happened to be in the Chermside car park. Scott was so helpful; taking my car and inspecting it even though they were clearly very busy already. He could have easily told me to go elsewhere. Turned out to be damage caused by a dealership and Scott, again, was extremely helpful in sending pictures of the damage along with the quote for repairs. I was able to get the dealership to repair the damage, free of charge, as a result.Thanks again Scott for all your help. You were a lifesaver!

Super helpful service. Today we were driving out Chermside shopping centre . At the T junction , car coming opposite to me stopped and point to me that front right tyre is flat and offered to come to the shop to inflate the tyre. We had to change the tyre due to a leak. Proactive positive mentality and helpful attitude has saved us from a huge hassle as we had to stop in the road if we continued to drive. Massive hats off to mycar"."

Amazing service! Jordan managed to fit me in on a Saturday morning when the were already pretty much booked out. I needed to have my car for next week and he kept me on the road. He was upfront and honest about expected costs, and even topped up my coolant for no charge as he noticed it was low. The whole experience was the best service I have had from a mechanic in 20 years. Couldn't recommend them more, thank you!
