Everyone did a great job ,I had no issues with any of the staff ,They all were competent in their areas of work .were friendly and reassuring . Thank you

Went in for a chest X-Ray this morning and could not fault the service. All the staff were extremely pleasant and kind.

Walked in feeling sorry for myself. I had good thoughts of the place. Nicely renovated and a nice little waiting station. Went to the counter... felt like I inconvenienced the second staff member (Tamra) as the other was on the phone. Had the feeling that she just wanted to sit there and not actually see in patients. Was hardly interested in anything I spoke to her about and was blatantly rude. I receive better respect as a customer at a fast foot outlet by children who have just left or still in school. When I was seen I was called in by someone who was learning (student I'm guessing) who was paired with a radiologist whom were very professional. I hope Jones Radiology conduct some weeding in their admin reception.

Greeted by unfriendly, unprofessional admin, with no compassion or care. Listening to all others in the waiting room who were mentioning the same.Staff are incompetent, rude and have absolutely no warmth. We had one very nice middle aged lady, who was ever so helpful on our first visit, but it has been a nightmare since. We are going to Benson Radiology for a reliable, friendly, professional service.

Dont bother going here they dont send reports to Doctors office happend to my daughter and a friend

Booked in for a bone density scan and was told the gap was $120.00 and the most I would have to pay would be $120.00 regardless. They used a Medicare item number applicable for someone over 70 which I am not, so the Medicare claim rejected. I rang them and queried this and was then told not everyone is entitled to a Medicare rebate and I have to pay the full $212.00 fee.As I have osteoporosis, I am entitled to the Medicare rebate. So I have had to go into see them and a very apologetic receptionist had to fix it all for me.

Went in here a couple of weeks ago with my partner, we ended up getting our scan done and being told a few days later that our baby had something wrong with his heart.We get rushed to Women's and Children's because of this, and we are told that no nothing is wrong with the baby at all and it was all a waste of time.Going to Benson's from now on.Thanks for making us worry.
