A week or so ago we purchased a dishwasher and the salesman was very friendly and helpful. When I unpacked it I realised I didn't have the screw pack to fit our front panel. A couple of days later I dropped back into the store and a different salesman served me. After a quick check with his boss I was on my way with a screw kit in hand. Great service guys!!!

Bought a washer and a TV 2 months ago. Washer stop working, and cannot change channel on TV. Extremely disappointed. I am sure these guys are selling appliances with defects and trying to fix and resell it.

Purchased item 23 Jul 2021 - Shipped 03-aug-2021, item was faulty and reported July 2022 - Advised it was out of warranty and not covered. - Took multiple attempts to contact to raise the issues, but no real means of contact or resolution was offered (item value AU $499.00) - I Wouldn't Recommend dealing with this store.

‘Ex-demo’ model turns out to have old food in filter etc, is not ‘ex demo’ but is ‘used’. Big difference.

This company is also known as Just Electrical, they are under investigation by the office of fair trading. Brothers Tony and Brad Mauro run this business, do not deal with them, they are well known as fraudulent businessmen. These guys will scam you if you buy online, do not purchase anything from this company online. Buy in store only, this has happened to many others too. Another point of note is their “ex display” models have been used by the staff in their personal homes, and then on sold as ex display. They say it still has a warranty, but they do no allow anyone to claim warranty repairs, it’ll always be declined, do not be fooled, stay away from these guys, you will regret dealing with them.I attempted to purchase a Vax VX63 vacuum from just electrical. When I called, I was told they could not take credit card over the phone, I had to instead email the store to get bank details, and then transfer the money, they would then send an invoice and freight the product to me. As instructed, I followed the directions on the 31st of March, and did indeed receive an invoice, but not from the company email, the invoice instead came from Tony Mauros gmail account? Not the business account. After 3 weeks the item did not arrive, so I sent an email, I was advised to call the store which I did. I was then told it hadn’t been sent because I hadn’t paid. I gave him the point of sale invoice number and date, but they had zero record of this sale. I was then told to send proof through, I did as requested and sent through both the point of sale invoice, as well as proof from my bank, I did not receive a reply. During this phone call, I was hung up on 6 times, the excuse was always phone issues. I called up the following day and was told they were looking into it. I have since sent 3 follow up emails with zero response and also no vacuum. This vacuum was for my parents who had their vacuum cease working. They have now been without a vacuum for an extended period, with zero idea if one is actually on its way, this prevents them from purchasing another one. The office of fair trading has been notified, I urge anyone else with the same problem to do the same.Edit, in response to the below from Shopperholic, I stand by my review, in my opinion, it is factual.

I purchased a kogan computer monitor. When it arrived it did not work. I emailed, on multiple occasions, to ask about how to return the product. No response to any email. I called them - no help at all. So I returned the monitor paying over $30 in postage - thank goodness for PayPal returns.Tracking number tells me they received the item a week ago. No refund or other communication from these people.avoid at all costs. received the monitor

I rang the store to check if I can arrange a pick up this afternoon, and was told to call back in 5 mins.I waited and called back after 10mins. This time, they told me to wait on the line, and after a while, they just hung up on me.I tried to give them my money and make a purchase but they tried their best to reject it.Well done.

Very pushy I do not recommend people to buy from here. I walked out after sales person was very rude. They lost out! They do not have any customer service skills or people skills. Don't waste your time people.

I only discovered these guys a month ago but so far I have found the staff that I have dealt with to be helpful and courteous and very knowledgeable about their products. They don't try and upsell to you but if you give them your budget they will get you best deal possible. 5stars
