Marianne and her team were so lovely. Felt really welcomed and accommodated during our stay, always making sure we're OK for fresh clean towels and toilet roll. 2nd stay here can't wait to visit again highly recommend.

The manager showed us to our room where we had booked for two nights, I thought it was weird as the TV was on when we opened the door and was blaring the whole time he was speaking to us. We paid, signed the paperwork and as soon as he left I turned the TV off...it suddenly dawned on me why he had the TV already on in the room and why it was turned up so loud. All you could hear were the people in the room next door blaring their TV, yelling, at each other and their kids it was bloody awful. I phoned the manager straight away and cancelled our second night. He said he would give us a partial refund for the second night but that he had to do this the next day...he didn't bother doing this for us. I understand there is a no refund policy but if you tell your guests you will do this especially after deceiving them into believing they had a nice space to stay, you really should stick to what you've said you would do. This place was awful, the noise, you could hear everything they were doing next door which went till very late at night, the stains on the unwashed facecloth and hand hand towel, the personal hairs around the bathroom sink, the top of the toilet that had a layer of dust so thick it looked like it had never been cleaned and the unwashed glasses that had coffee still in the bottom of them, lipstick on the glasses that had just been placed back in the cupboard. Absolutely disgusting. I wanted to leave on the spot but we were travelling from Cairns to Brisbane with children. I'd give this place a zero star rating if I could. Disgusting.

Marianne and George are the friendliest managers I have dealt with. Marianne met us when we arrived. Just a lovely lady. We stayed 3 nights in the 2 bedroom superior apartment and it was lovely. Family of 6. Clean and tidy. Not cramped at all. Big inground pool. Plenty of towels. Large fridge. 4 seater dining table, 3 seater leather couch. Place was fully booked but not rowdy or noisy at all. All quite by 9pm. Service station 100m away, shopping centre and beach 5 minutes away. Great price for our 3 night stay.We will definitely be staying here again.

This place is VERY out dated!While the unit was tidy it felt dirty. The couch is old and stained, I ended up using a towel to put down to sit on it. The tap in the kitchen had sauce on it and there were opened bottles of shampoo and conditioner on top of the shower door frame. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed well and really could use a good clean!The people I dealt with were super friendly and a pleasure but the unit it self was disappointing for me.The bed was comfortable though and I did manage a decent sleep considering.

Nice place, clean and quiet. Sweet lady, turn on all the lights, AC and fan before I arrived. Highly recommend!!!

Stayed here for nearly five months. Great location with beach nearby and the apartments have everything you need. George and Maria (apartment managers) were outstanding and could not have been more helpful they really made the stay memorable.

Not bad, it's cheap .. has a little kitchen and 2 seperate bed rooms and most importantly an aircon.

Ocean Breeze units are not suggesting they are the Hilton, and they are not. But the units are clean and comfortable and affordable. We stayed 1 night to break up our long road trip home and the unit had everything we needed and a pool too. The caretaker met us to show us the room and make sure we didn't have any questions, he was friendly and nice. Enough beds for the 5 of us, clean linen, full kitchen set-up so we could easily prepare dinner. Perhaps the crockery was a little lacking but it wasn't much a drama. Coffee, tea, sugar and a small amount of milk provided also. I would stay again.

Old, smelly and so noisyI think people and workers are living there permanently.Everything was so old and it smells like old.We could hear the neighbours fighting,yelling, kids crying sand making so much noise.I definitely don’t recommend this place

Booked online hours previous.. When arriving at reception i was unable to make contact for around an hour. I was informed reception shut at 1PM that afternoon & did not receive the booking. I received a call back to inform me there was one room available. I arrived at the address given (Check-in was at another motel) and waited for someone to meet me (i was informed no one had a car so i needed to wait) unable to lock the room when leaving due to no keys. Blown light bulbs, air-conditioning filters were not clean. Rubbish still in bin under the sink. Back door handle had fallen off and was on the ground. Pervious bars of soap still in the shower. Severe cracks containing mould in the bathroom sink. Lots of noise most of the night. The Gentleman that met me at the address was fantastic. Photos online are out dated and rooms are over priced
