Bernie facilitated the small changes we needed and made the whole process smooth and seamless. My wife and I pop in regularly and are always warmly welcomed. Sensational experience :)

Woolies is great but it says there are specialty stores and all we can see is its filled with boring stores like accounting . Dental and such. I thought it would have nice good shops. Hopefully it changes and builds up to normal shopping and food shops

Walked around last week and took a couple of photos with my Samsung Galaxy A50 Android . Photo quality is pretty good in daylight hours.

This place has a great selection of relevant real estate to look at. Too bad i earn minimum wage and i can't afford any of it. If i had the required funds, and was interested in real estate, i would definitely cash in here!

I shop regularly at Shell Cove and love the shops and location. I am, however, concerned about the number of teenagers who congregate in the underground Carpark, riding their bikes and scooters.There are no signs about this dangerous activity and it's only a matter of time before someone is injured or killed by a car coming down the ramp, where they tend to hang out or being run over as someone reverses and doesn't see them.Please put some signs up about loitering and riding bikes and scooters down there...for everyone's sake

Walked all around the marina walking pathway from southern breakwall limit and backtracked until reaching the opposite northern breakwall limit and have had a birthday celebration dinner and drinks on a Tuesday evening at the waterfront tavern which proved to be a very nice atmosphere with very friendly and efficient service of our meals which were generous portions and all drinks were able to be quickly and easily purchased at the well stocked and professionally run large bar . Overall experiences over the past twelve months have always been visibly progressing each and every day . It's a great investment/residential opportunity.Parking is also a very easily accessed aspect for the waterfront tavern located at the rear of the venue and all around the marina precinct as well.
