Mark would have to be the most honest agent in the southern highlands. He is setting an extremely high benchmark which can be seen through his hard work. Mark was open and honest throughout the entire sales process, he went above and beyond to close the deal. I will only be using Mark for all of my future sales in the highlands. Marks support and commitment to his clients is something very rare in the real estate game.

We were tenants using this Real Estate Agent during our stay at Willow Vale. Appalling rude property manager. Her Boss tried to play power games with us when we complained. We were looking for a house to buy at the time! Stupid way to run a business. Avoid them if you are both a renter AND a owner. You can do better. We did - found a more professional REA.

Since my first experience with Carlton Real Estate, I have felt supported and respected, which is very rare when you are renting.Carlton Real Estate is a wonderful team of of people who genuinely care about you, care that everything in your home is working perfectly, that you are happy and you are comfortable and safe. They understand the value of a happy tenant and treat you with respect, where so many real estate agents and landlords are just awful to tenants. You will never find that with Carlton.They are easy to communicate with, happy to hear from you and responsive to any emergency or anything that may need fixing. They are always transparent and will let you know if there is a problem, or a rent raise that may be coming up, and they give you plenty of time to let you know they need to conduct an inspection.When they do come to inspect, they are extremely respectful and always treat the house as though it is MY home and not a house I am renting from someone else.Having said that though - they are also very respectful of the owner's needs and concerns and have elegantly crafted a channel of communication between myself and the owner, through them, that keeps us both feeling respected, looked after and very happy.I have always chosen to rent over buying as I like the freedom it affords me and I can say without hesitation that Lee, Rhiannon and the team at Carlton are the best real estate agents I have dealt with in my 30 years of renting. If I could give more than five stars, I definitely would.

Very professionalMy agent is Rhiannon and as far my first real estate agent experience goes, it has been really smooth and best . She is always approachable and help me through while renting it or even looking for options , during any type of issue or query etc.All of the people I have dealt with at Carlton real estate have not only been professional, but have gone out of their way to help when various issues have arisen.
