The Deluxe Facial at Zilch-Hair was a really positive experience. Ranu was thoughtful about the choice of products for my face (they are all gorgeous and French made) and performed a smooth, flawless facial. I felt so relaxed afterward. Quality products and service. I will be back. Thank you, Ranu! Five stars!

Ever since I started having haircuts by Hide, I receive positive feedbacks of my haircuts. Hide has excellent skills to cut Asian hair. I always leave up to him to decide what to do with my hair. I also enjoy seeing Hide and Richard as they are very enjoyable to talk to and they make me feel very comfortable. I am recommending Hide to my friends and they are also very happy with his service.

Hide is meticulous, and delivers an amazing haircut on my thinning hair. He is pleasant beyond belief, and was kind enough to send me a long and very helpful note prior to a trip to Japan. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
