Have been very happy with what atwork Australia have helped me with. Even though I managed to land my own job, Tom Dunne helped me not only with part time employment, but everything I need from a fuel card to just having a chat about how I could deal with things better. Compared to my other job agency, this is far the best I've had!

Shame you can't choose ZERO stars, cause that's what Id give such a useless and classless organisation!.. Was with this pathetic agency for most of 2017, riddled with incompetency from the top down, I was absolutely stuffed around time after time, false promises of job opportunities and training. All came to a head when out of nowhere I was transferred to Anna" their so called job guru from the Mt Gravatt branch with no prior warning

21 years in Australia this year in Brisbane Queensland,SKILLS: COUNSELING/ TEACHING,Message delivered in Prophetical teaching/ Counseling in Preaching.20 years in experience outreach in Job Hunter,I job hunter my school textbook MYOB Computer accounting/ bookkeeping,WORK EXPERIENCE 20 YEARS IN FIJI ISLAND, searching the answers from exam paper, before I marking exam paper from education office in special tutorial...When I found the answer from tax law/ medicine paper, I stood up to deliver the message to the public, through evening rallies from Youths..20 years in Australia Brisbane, I job hunter the school textbook, when I found the answer, I published the story into social media platform, to deliver the message into Theory of a sermon/ teaching...Then I comes out to put it to Job application,God given wisdom/ knowledge to perform understanding in communication,Job Hunter it’s the way I perform my communication in exam paper in Q/ A,Waiting for the raven for one door to open, the work I was doing, suppose to do in the employment field; but I did it from students looking for work!!!!I start from scratch, until I profitable in communication,

Lillian has been so great with listening to what industries I want to work in and looking for work in those areas she calls or texts me every week checking to see how I'm going with my side job and my mental health is ok couldn't have asked for better person I feel comfortable with her and I don't normally take to new people that quck

If I could give 0 stars, I would.Staff working at Greenslopes centre are Casey, Tom and Lillian.I have provided my resume and requested types of roles I would be interested in working in to Lillian (my job coach) at least four times in person. The only contact I've had with the office is via Tom Dunne. Neither Lillian or Tom seem to communicate with one another given the number of times I've had to repeat myself.I've had my contact details sent to employers without my knowledge or consent, and interviews and trials have been organised without the knowledge of AtWork Australia. Jobs have been well below my experience and skills, and I have been labelled as difficult when asking for basic communication and documentation to be supplied. Tom even had to audacity to ask if I even had a qualification" in an area I've worked in for 15 years + a bachelor's degree.Fraud has been committed by lying to centrelink by detailing a false employment contract

Staff have been very friendly and understanding of my problems. Overall a great place to go if you need some job coaching.
