Precision Phone Repairs

Had an issue with my IPhone XR turning on and off. Took it to precision phone repairs and the bloke diagnosed it on the spot. Unfortunately they didn’t have the part in stock. But overall still happy with the customer service provided. Will recommend to friends and family.

Excellent service, great communication and they are super knowledgeable, plus they were significantly cheaper than the competition, and did an excellent job. Highly recommended.

Fast, friendly, and professional service. Everything was completed exactly in the timeframe that was given. All costs we explained up front, and that was the price I paid. This will definitely be my first choice and recommendation for any smart phone repairs.

After one shop failed to help me and another refused to even look at my phone, Jarrod at Precision agreed to take it on. Even after letting me know it was probably a lost cause, he kept trying and ended up using some unconventional methods to get it working long enough to save all my data. He went above and beyond, and still only charged half of what I expected. Friendly, honest, great communication, great prices and more skilled than others. I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

The first time I came here it was a great experience. He replaced my phone screen straight away and had no issues. Months later I had another issue with my phone so I came back and then I easily had the worst experience I have ever had with a retailer.(I’ve spent 2 months trying to switch from optus to Telstra so this says a lot!) It took 2 weeks for the screen to arrive, I suspect because he forgot about my phone until I came back in the store. Once the screen arrived, my phone still wasn’t working because it obviously wasn’t an issue with the screen. So in 14 days he had man absolutely no progress.This guy has no respect for anyones time. He opens his store when he feels like it, not when he’s opening hours would say. I had to spam his Facebook page with messages for him to finally reply. His store has next to no products available and is an absolute mess.It’s a shame I can’t give him a lower rating than 1 star. No not go here!

Open honest and fast service. A business that the name is what it does, precise (hardly no one micro soulds)…… Update, had to take iPad back for same problem nearly a year later, straight away I was told I was remembered (I didn’t have my receipt) and the problem would be attended to free of charge. Total Class way of doing business with no BS whatsoever and the second time was probably my fault.

Very quick and very easy. Not to mention cheap. Went in to fix my phone screen and he fixed a couple of other small things free of charge. Would definitely recommend this store to any and everyone.

I called Precision just before close of business with urgent need for repairs to phone screen and home button. Very pleased to hear that the Technician would stay open to fix my phone. Such professional service and way more affordable than any other mobile phone Technician in Townsville. Quick service even though the Technician had several other jobs on the go. I will be telling everyone I know to go to Precision Phone Repairs on Ingham Road.
