Excellent room, food and location on waterfront. Laundromat less than five minute walk. Laundromat has no tap & go . . . need $1 or $2 coins (change machine takes notes) . . . take own laundry powder/liquid.

This was our first trip to Victor Harbor, and staying somewhere that is centrally located to nearly everything was great! It's walking distance to the beach, as well as shops and cafes etc. The room we were booked into was very neat and modern. Beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming back, and would recommend this lovely, quiet motel.

Not luxury, but clean, comfortable and convenient. My pillow was especially comfortable! Liked the fact that the fridge included a freezer, and there was a microwave in the room.

Room looked clean till I pulled the sheets back, stains on them, called the office and they came and had a look, gave me a clean sheet that had just as many stains on it.The toilet is way to close to the shower screen and have to pretty much sit sideways if your tall like my husband.Is in a great location for walking or riding

Stayed in a spa Room The Room was totally disgusting not clean at all The headboard and pillows all had stains on them even the curtains were filthy the bathroom had a terrible odour and spa faucet was leaking spoke with reception the young guy was awesome he got us credit back on the room i would never recommend this hotel too anyone As when you are paying $ 200 a night you would expect better they are clearly using the hotel as a refuge for the displced as the hotel was full of them not sure who wr wrote previous reviews but they are very decieving

Awsome location very central to all the tourist attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful and had no problems doing a tidy up of our room when we requested it. Late check in is available and easy to access .Tea and coffee facilities in the room, loved that bottled water was supplied in the fridge.Linen was clean and crisp.

The room we had needs significant renovations. Very run down. Cupboard smells of old timber from the 70’s. Hot water stopped half way through the showers and had to wait 5’ in cold water before it reheated again. It was not worth $240 a night that we paid. Frankly it was disappointing
