I cannot recommend the Whitebridge storage facility highly enough!I had all of my belongings stored there for almost 18 months, and it was such a relief to know that it was completely safe and secure the whole time.The staff are so helpful, friendly and professional to deal with, and as I made my payments monthly over the phone, (other payment options are available), I was made to feel more than 'just another customer' and we always had a quick chat as the payments were processed. All receipts were emailed to me within an hour, which made the transactions so easy!The facility itself is very large, spotlessly clean and has two stories of differing sized units to rent. There is a cargo lift to transport items to the second level, although I had a large ground floor unit as I basically squeezed a house full of everything in there!!!There is two large loading docks. Trolleys are free to use, and there is room on-site for caravans, boats etc.Security is tight with cameras everywhere, and you get to create your own personal access code for the gate to allow entrance. This code also acts to set/deactivate the alarm on your storage locker, so no one can tailgate to get in and then break-in to a locker without an alarm being activated.Price - after checking the prices of several other companies, I found this one to be one of the cheapest. However, I do not believe I could have found a better storage facility anywhere!I would highly recommend All Purpose Storage at Whitebridge to my family and friends without hesitation.

This place is amazing. The emotional energy of it is unmatched. I have been to some cursed locations in Newcastle, but none have affected me as deeply and spiritually as this storage place. Within 10 minutes of being there I developed a headache and felt a deep exhaustion. My emotions were immediately drained, leaving a sense of peaceful emptiness in my core. The aura here is not one of malice, but of despair. Like losing your tether on a space walk and being left to drift. You would get better vibes in a cemetary.Also this place definitely links to the back rooms, so don't get lost!5/5 storage though. Super convenient and very fair pricing.

Ive been a client of this company for about 3yrs and ive never had a issue with my property being there or have a worry about the safety of my property.The access hours to the yard and storage facilities are ideal.Security is at high importance at this storage facility and i know the business as a whole would have the same approach to the other locations that have storage facilities at.I will be a customer for as long as All Purpose Self Storage own and manage this yard.

Everything about coordinating storage here was as easy as I would hope for, and better. Office staff were very pleasant, I even received a call the day after clearing my storage space and was proactively offered a refund for the proportional unused period. There were always trolleys available to move things, the space was spotlessly clean and well lit, secure access with clear instructions. No gaps whatsoever in communication or in substance. I have no affiliation and know no one at this business, just had a straightforward positive experience. Thank you!
