Fantastic service at reasonable prices,we had the ‘’summer ready platinum package’’ performed on our pool and couldn’t be happier the pool has never looked better,thank you pool hut.

Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable, free water testing and balance. Robot, pump, chlorinatir repairs. Pool servicing good value for money.

I have used them several times. They never call back when they say they will. I always have to call them to find out any information and most times they tell me they will call back. But never do. The only good thing about them is that they are the cheapest pool place in Dubbo. If you just want your pool water tested and chemicals supplied I would recommend them, for anything more I would go elsewhere.

Made a booking for a pool service on the 13/12/17........didn't arrive, didn't call. Rang them on the 15th, they said they would be out on the 17th. Didn't arrive, didn't call. Rang them on the 18th, they said they would be out on the 19th. For the third time, didn't arrive and didn't ring. They have no idea about customer service.......everyone is busy over Christmas we understand that. But don't make multiple bookings, don't keep them and don't even have the decency to call to apologise. Naturally, I won't be using Pool Hut again even though we have been using their services for years. This is not the first time they have done this but it will be the last for us.

Helpful staff, didn't have exactly what I wanted but worked out alternatives. Awesome....
