Sharyn, Paul and their team are excellent at what they're doing. They have years and years of experience in the pool business and you cannot be in better hands if you're after a new swimming pool in Canberra or Goulburn. It's always been a pleasure dealing with them and their team.

I contacted capital country pools to get a quote for repairs to our pool. They told me that the builder would call me to make appointment. Never did. Rang them at least 4 times and even sent them an email with pictures of our pool. But still no call. Worst customer service I’ve experienced. They obviously don’t need the business,...

***Buyer beware/Find another dealer*** Pool was installed by them but they now don't want to fix things that have since broken. Pool services were booked and they sporadically showed up, when they did they sent people who didn't know what they were doing (heater had broken yet they decided the pump needed replacing!?!). We now have another servicer (Pristine Pools) who are 100 times better. Capital Country have now said they will not deal with us at all. Would give zero stars if I could. Would suggest dealing with anyone else if you can. Front office lady is also very unpleasant to deal with (even when on good terms).

If you have heaps of money to spent on a spa, I would not recommend this company. Their pre sale and after service sale are less to be desired and total lacking in personal customer care. My experience with them has been the same with Kerry and I have been chasing my own tail for the past 4 months trying to get my warranty fixed. They are a bunch of slack and unhelpful people, they broke some covers on delivery and never got it replaced. Numberous calls to them over the 4 months period was never solved or details given and they don't even call you back after they promised you. And at the end of the 4 months, they gave me a supplier number and I am to go chase it up myself. For this, they have not earn a respect from me and they don't even deserve a star for rating but had to put 1 in order to post. Terrible people to deal with.

A big thank you for your service. Alex was incredible. She called every few days to tell me where things were at. What made this so special was that you helped where my own pool builder did not. If your build service is half as good as the service you provided in fixing my issue, I would recommend you every time. I cannot thank you enough.For the general readers: I had an issue with my pumps that were installed less than two years ago and still under warranty. I was not having any luck with the pool builder so I contacted the supplier direct, who arranged for CCP as their agent to fix the issue. CCP carried out the work promptly and with no fuss, even though they knew there was no money in it for them from me. Based on my experience I would highly encourage you to consider them.

I had the worst service by my local pool repare guys (who also installed the pool equipment) that treated me like a piece of dog s..t. They looked for any and every excuse not to repair equipment that was under warrantee. When they finally repaired the problem they got it wrong and did not fix the problem at all, claiming there was nothing wrong with the equipment in the first place.Capital Country Pools, Alex and Ben got involved in diagnosing and fixing the problem. They were professional, curtious and rectified the equipment under warrantee.You can count on Alex and Ben to listen to the problem and take appropriate action to rectify any issues.  Very professional, thanks guys.

Great service, Friendly staff, helped me revive my spa after many attempts with my old pool shop! I wont go anywhere else for my chemicals now.Clear water finally!!Thanks guys!
