They are just a thief. They will charge you extra on card by not telling you. I went to top up my opal card, they charged me 30c extra. If i would not ask for receipt i would have not known it. When i saw they charged extra i asked them why is that. They told me this is rule, whether there is no such rule and there was nothing written there about this so called rule. I suggest do not go there. If u go check everytime how much they charged u. They could not forget their home country yet. Thus practicing the rule here.

Disgusting and rude service, they hung up the phone upon enquiry about my parcel to pick-up. They don't help at all. Would not recommend them at all. I would give them 0 star if I could.
