It's great to see a business bill people in increments of an hour instead of just rounding off to the hour so for example for my job which took 15 minutes they only billed me for such time.

Travelling from Qld when an issue arose with my electric brake controller. Called in and although very busy, Norm took the time to inspect and correctly diagnose the electric brake issue. Performed the repair and tested the operation. Fantastic service from Norm and Donna in the office. Cannot recommend highly enough.

From beginning to end amazing customer service. Donna was a pleasure to deal, very friendly and helpful every time I spoke with her. Norm did an amazing job converting my Renault Master van to become offgrid for vanlife. Excellent service, highly recommend.
